less power when AC is on,gear rod is a bit vibrating,good fuel efficient car.i have checked the mileage before my first servicing as it is giving 16.67 kmpl.

see pros n cons will be there for any car u take.but i sugest u that this is a best car for 2+1 SMALL FAMILY for city users.nothing more to expect for this money.good car to buy when u want to spend below 4 Lacs.
Areas of improvement
power of engine when AC on.should have given 4 speakers instead of 2 at d front.few inches leg room for rear passengers as the space is a bit low (4-5)inches,luggage boot space can be reduced.
nice design,better car in the segmentpick up when AC is on,less leg room for 2nd row,could have reduced boot space for a few inches

Exterior Eon is a beautifully designed car unmatched in this segment.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space comfort and features are excellent. Boot space is really good. The moment I sat in the drivers seat for a test drive I was really impressed with the height of the seat. This helped me with tireless drives on long jouney. Even the rear passenger comfort is better that many cars on long drives. Eon is almost spacious as I10. I was impressed by the interiors of Eon than I10. Air con in Eon is really powerful. It can chill the whole cabin even when the knob is kept in the minimum and I never had to turn it to the second even at mid noon.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is quite powerful especially when the air con is off. Gear lever shakes sometimes but I dont find it a big problem. My Eon has done 1300 km and first service is over. After the first service I checked the mileage. when the Low fuel warning started blinking I filled 14.2 ltr of petrol. It gave me 220 km which is a mileage of 15.5 km/ltr mostly driven in the city. I spoke to the Hyundai people and they told that the engine has to run for few thousand km more to achieve the desired mileage.
I took the car with five people to vagamon through moolamattam which is a very steep climb. Car pulled very good uphill even though I had to switch off the aircon few times and had to engage the 1st gear. I dont think that's bad with a a 800cc engine. Eon has better torque than other 800cc cars in this segment.
Ride Quality & Handling Exceptionally good car in Ride and handling. Luv my Eon magna+.

Areas of improvement Only area of improvement I found is the rear legroom which could have been a bit more by reducing the boot little bit. But for people of average height leg room is really good in the front and rear.

This is my second car, first being a Tata Indica Petrol.When you talk about Eon this first thing that comes to my mind is had it been a 1.1 litre things would have been great, but having said that its still a great car ,its been 3 years now had bought it when it was launched having used an Indica which has a proven track record for giving mechanical problems where ever you take it i was also not spared, i needed a car which is reliable, so went ahead with Eon which till now has been highly reliable in terms of fuel efficiency, comfort, high speed handling and effective Air conditioning. When going for long drives its practically a 4 person car dont go for the 5th person.Service has been very good till now.Final words will be its mostly for first time car owners and for people who drive mostly in cities and for that occational highway trip.

Exterior looks good but the front and rear apearance is not that great compared to other hyundai cars , it looks form the sides.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) It is all good if compared with others within same price range, click noise coming out of teh AC vent once it is on hyndai will charge you a lot to get that fixed, oer all ives u good ride qulity.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine will crave for more power once you turn on the AC, fuel economy is as per hyndai adv and little problems with reverse gear.
Ride Quality & Handling Eon will score 90.
Final Words It is good entry level car.
Areas of improvement Music system gvn with the car does not support amp as well, as informed bt service tech even if u insatll it the sound quality will never be good. Thats what they lied abt.

+ Stands out in the crowd.
+ Integrated rear spoiler looks nice.
- Protruding radio antenna in the front could have been avoided (it can be removed).

+ Spacious enough for 4 average people though the company claims it can seat 5.
+ Dashboard with in-built stereo looks cool.
- Bluetooth connectivity is missing (auido kit costs ~13k when bought separately).
+ Dual trip meters, gear shift indicator.
+ Front seats are ergonomically designed.
- Vertically adjustible driver seat should have been voted against tiltable steering.
- Back side power windows could have been a plus.
# There was a limited edition D-lite+ for some time with all features of Magna+ at a lower price but the additions would be done by the dealer and not company-fitted.

- Pickup is average considering its 800cc engine.
+ Current models have nearly zero gear vibrations.
+ Mileage is 15kms + on an average.
