Exterior Great look, well it depends what you prefer, but it looks a serious no-nonsense car, which I prefer.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space, my kid loves the space, she is always playing and we feel free as it is not very cramped to make us feel fixed. however a majoy issue is (well for people with kids) that the door open and the gate lock are opersted with one single push, so if my kid get hold of it she can open it, while the car running. it is a serious flaw in design, rest all is perfect.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Nice pickup, well i have done 140+ in highways and city and have reaced with petrol car, yet to find someone to defeat it. control on road is supereb at 140+ never felt like out of control.  mileage - 17 (with ac in city) 19.5 (without ac in city). no issue of noice in gear box, but engine noice is there (my earlier car was petrol, so i feel it more).

Ride Quality & Handling Excellent - have driven almost all cars in below 10 lacs and it seems the best. if anyone willing to compare between it and tata. it beats tata petrol by big margin, and others too.

Final Words Best in the segment, after 13000 kilometers , still got no issues, actually i m surprised as everyone was against it, and i bought it solely on words from my family who suggested to buy what i like and not what others like, and i m huppy i listed to them. took my family to 300 km drive and no one complained a word. enough space for 5 people and enough boot for luggage.

Areas of improvement Gate locks, and music system.

Exterior As you all know i would say it has it's wonderful exterior, I love the exterior otherwise I would have gone to some other car. Actually it depends upon individual. I like the exterior very much.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Since, my Figo is ZXI, it has got lots of features like remote control lock/unlock, audio system with bluetooth connectivity - one can love to listen the songs in this audio system unless he is not somekind of music maniac who likes to listen songs with max volume, box speakers kind of things...😊. Rear leg room was awesome since my parents didnt complaint me about the rear space (I was driving the car with them the whole day, they never felt any discomfort).

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Am not a technical guy to talk about the engine in detail, but i can feel that the car was struggling a little bit when it was in the second gear for few seconds and then gets the pick up automatically (Some one has to provide me some inputs about this point as i dont know much about this kind of pick up 😦).

I have driven 270 Kms till date with AC all the time and didnt check about the FE (Actually I was little thrilled to have my first car and didnt care to calculate the FE as of now). The dealer handed over me the vehicle with half tank and I filled the fuel for 1000 Rs and having half  tank fuel left as of now. Will calculate the FE and update soon. I have given 4 stars for FE above in the assumption that it will not let me down below 17 in city driving.

Gear shifting is very smooth and i dont see any trouble with that.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride Quality and handling was excellent, am saying this for sure since I can feel that much easy to drive in the city traffic because of its excellet road view.

Final Words Ford Figo is a true VFM.

Areas of improvement People say it has to improve its ground clearance. But still I didnt face that problem. If GC is a real problem for FIGO, then FORD has to take care about this.

Exterior - Great Look for Behind,Looks like Eagle Beak front sideview,Can't match the beauty and bulky body look of i20 or Swift but has its own style

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) - Very nice interior,good leg space, comfortable for 3 people at rear to sit,powerfull AC.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox - Have driven 10,000km and performance is superb.Mileage on Mumbai-Pune High way is above 22KMPL.In Western Express Highway in Mumbai Mileage at peak hours is around 13-14KMPL. Every sign of great car by FORD.

Ride Quality & Handling - Very easy handling and no problem at all.Get used to car very easily.

Final Words- Have been driving on average 40-50km/day and I love my car.It was my 1st choice from day 1, I saw it on Delhi roads near Ford show room in 2009.But got capability to purchase only this year in March'12 and by the time I had done numerous reviews and I must say this car has not disappointed me at all on any areas in last 10 months.Today completed 10,000KM and also got 2nd service done and now looking ahead to next 10K km run on smooth basis and I m sure it will pass all tough road conditions and keep taking me & my wife to our destinations comfortably.

Areas of improvement - Steering mounted audio controls,though new model has this feature but its not really on the steering but on the side,Rear Wiper only available in top model, this should be made a mandatory for all segment of cars in India considering the monsoon season length of India.

 this was my first car so everyone in my family was telling me to go for maruti.but after lot of reserch i decided to go with figo and 8000 km in 5 months and i am loving it.exterior of figo is average some like it some dont,i like it😊.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

 when it come to interior its very spacious(for driver) back seat is good too if comparing with swift or likes.figo's ac is mind blowing its 150 cc other cars have less than 100 cc of ac(its chilling effect)..music system is upper middle segment(better than sony's)..plastic quality has up market feeling..seats are down so it gives you sport car feel..from driver seat its very good visibility better than swift..

though central console in figo is not good

 pick up is amazing it never gives me feeling of diesal car in delhi's busy roads..i ahve got fuel efficiency of 17.2 km/liter full ac in delhi city(checked full tank to full tank)..it got sleek gearbox..

on yamuna expressway i have got top speed 165 km/hr after that there were little vibrations..

Ride Quality & Handling

i can compare between swift,fabia and figo in figo it feels like i am driving a sport car..fabia's pick up in low gears is bad but in 4th and 5th gear it's good engine has low vibrations..swift has low vibrations gud pick up but...i didnt like it may be because rest was ok..in figo i hav driven it for whole day with no complain.. 

Final Words

 my decision of going for figo against the advice of my family members was influenced by this site and i am happy about it that i didnt listioned to them...

Areas of improvement  

 if anything can be improved doors of figo can be made little heavier they are very light weight..back seat windows can not be made automatic due to design limitations but  i dodnt sit on back seat..😉

I purchased my Figo ZXI Diesel on 27 Sep 2014. This is my second car, and frankly telling you i am very happy with my decision to purchase this car. I belongs to hilly area (Dharamsala , HP), so you understand the road conditions, but this car really good in every thinag.

In new Figo Exterior look is exellient, new face lift look really nice. If i compare with maruti swift or Ritz , it gives much better look. Body fully aerodynamic so thats why it get better road grip at the speed of 130 to 140.

Now about interior - First leg space is exillient, no tiredness in long drives even for my old parents (10 hrs drive). For safty - airbag for driver, smart controls of music system near handel, bluetooth etc. All these helps in better safe drive. Material of interial is best in its class, so i have no any issues with it. 

As i belongs to Hilly area so regular shifting of gears is normal, but this car is giving 16 km/ ltr millage to me in AC and 18 in non AC and i think its the best. Changing of gears is also very smooth. Yes its a diesel so you have to maintain a regular motion in ups & downs which is acceptable.

I am quit happy with my this small beauty. My first car is BMW X1, but now frankly telling you that now i am enjying driving much better than before. In simple words, its a small beauty with enough space inside. Boot space is also quite big. My two big trollys and 2 bags come very easy.

This car have every thing thats a car should have and offcorse  i can say its best in its class.

There are always some areas which require some improvement in every car, so in this car also. The only thing is ground clearance. If Ford works for it, then i think there will be no issues.

Exterior Good.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good but god forbid if AC fails then it would require you to take multiple trips to their workshop to set it right.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox performance is ok but engine is too loud as compared to diesel engine in swift or any other car. Turbo lag is quite evident in low speeds.

Ride Quality & Handling Ok but has got low ground cleranace. so please be careful when driving through potholes and speed breakers.

Final Words It is a good looking car with poor build quality and pathetic service. As per the service advisor in ford workshop the figo has got inherent problem of poor bender support and hence AC pipe getting cut is a common problem in this car.

Areas of improvement Improve Build quality and for heaven sake train the techicians working in your dealer workshop. Also sensitise them on how to handle customers. The experience at authorised workshop was much worse then roadside vendors.
