Ford Figo [2012-2015] User Reviews

Exterior I own a white Figo which gives a royal look either I am being a young chap standing in the middle of all the young people with their lashy flashy i20 or swift or any other make under 7 lacs it has its own american class. Overlook at the eyes (Head lamps) of Car make it impressive and the back which is neatly crafted. 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) I love its music system, I never thought Ford will come up with such a strong and heavy music system equiped with strong sound which we use to buy from market while paying thousands or lacs of rupees, I love the space coz my family can fit in the car very easily even if we are going for long vacations with full of bags and suitcases it still gives us a good driving comfort with heavy load, Seats are too comfortable and never feel restless on long drives. Only Two draw backs I see No Automatic OVRM Folds and No Rear Power Windows.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Not having huge noise of the car compare to others, I have drove this car about 4500KMS just but so far never seen any sort of issues with her, I am getting 18.3 KMS (with ac in city) and 20.2 (without ac in city) at long drive this beauty has gave me 24.5 KMs so far, pretty satisfying.

Ride Quality & Handling I drove this car over 140's speed and found a great handling and riding experience which I never thought of getting in any other similar segement cars except Polo.

Final Words I must say its Value for money, but yes I am also awaiting for KA may be I will replace my loving Figo with new Figo renamed KA. this car made me and my kid fall in love with this American Make.

Areas of improvement I dont think there is any specific areas to improve except rear power windows id ford will continue making this version of Figo.

Music System, Comfort, Space, Road Grip, Heavy Body, Styling, Easy Go AproachNo power windows at back

I from hyderabad and have a 2014 Ford ZXI Diesel. I am very Happy with it. It's a family car, it has very good ac and music system. The mileage is around 18 - 19 km. And the car can easily go 110 kmph.

But the only thing I wish in this car is a 75 - 90bhp variants. Because of not that good pickup some time you feel like you dont have enough power. Due to this you need to have frequent gear shifts in city. If you keep the above con aside or you dont feel its a problem, figo is best option for you.

I had Scorpio 2005 model before. It was not suitable for daily commute to office. So I bought Figo. Might be my experience in Scorpio makes me feel like that 😝

Exterior Better than Indica but not that good as I20.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Great space, music, ac. Simple control systems.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is good NOT GREAT - LIKE WOW. I have an average of 19 kmpl, I drive city outskirts normally. The shifting of gears is very smooth.

Ride Quality & Handling I am very  very happy with ride quality and handling.

Final Words You cannot get a good car at this price. Swift are like autos here and there and Indica has got a name tag as TAXI. These 2 were in my list 😉.

Areas of improvement Engine, get an engine which feel like I have power when I press accelerator.

I am writing review for my car for the first time hoping that it might be of help to someone planning to buy a new car.I bought this car in december 2013 and since then have been regulary driving it.my drive is mostly in city.i am getting a mileage of around 16-17 kmpl in city.I am very much satisfied with this car till now.I havent spent any extra amount on my car other then regular servicing.The car is good to drive ,average is quite good and its quite spacious.The music system is really good plus the ac is so strong.Boot space is big enough to accomodate lot of luggage when we go out.The few things which i dont like in this car are the low intensity headlight and the engine noise.The ground clearence is also low for this car.i have heard people complaining about high maintainence cost for ford cars but i dont think so.its maintainence cost is similar to maruti cars,though the spare parts are expensive when you purchase them from fass.

It's paint lost with in 3 years and rust and heavy corrosion takes place with in 3 to 4 year. If any one want to put purchase for for long period pls don't purchase. It's suspension leak with in three year. It's spares are very costly. It service quality is also not good. Consumable spares are also very costly.
