Volkswagen is shame to germany

Please do not buy Volkswagen Cars. I have purchased a Vento from  Tornado Motors (Andheri) around four months back.  Their dealers are cheats and still worse is their Customer care Dapartment, they should rather name it Customer NOCARE department. I have travelled world and respect German companies for their work ethics, however with VW it is the worst german Company I have seen, they are a shame on Germany.

They will make you all the false promises to lure you but fulifill none of them. If you ask them before booking to give it to you in written they will not do so and when you get your car you will find yourseldf a helpless fool.

 I was going to buy another car but I finally booked Vento thinking that I was getting a good deal but it was all their marketing tactics. I was also promised for so many things and even a 0%  Depreciation Insurance Policy. They have not given me till date. I have contacted their dealers but of no use. They are least bothered as the car is already sold and I can do nothing about it now. I even contacted Volkswagens Customer Care department, after making 5 written complaints I got my first reply asking about the matter. I explained them the whole thing and kept on waiting for their reply but I have not received any reply form them. They will not care to reply you, I have even written letters to their Head Of Dept but even they are not concerned with what a customer feels when cheated like this and they will do nothing about it.  For the details on the above matter you may call me on my Mobile : 97698XXXXX.
