bad experience with the dealer

 

Exterior Looks good.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Ample space inside, interior looks fine and have ample boot space as well.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Performace is good and too early to comment on the fuel economy.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Ride and handling is real good.

 

Areas of improvement I took from the Trivandrum dealer.  Their handling of my delivery was so bad that I may never ask anybody to buy from them.  And future buyers from the Trivandrum dealer is advised to be very careful, becuase they mislead you on so many fronts and try to take you for a big ride.  They did not deliver what they promised.  Even basic things like mud flap etc are not available with the dealer and the customer handling is pathetic.  So is the case with the VW company itself.  If you send an email to their customercare, they just dont respond.  This was not what was expected from such a company.

 

The vegicle as such is real good - no complaintsThe customer service - real bad . They dont respond if u email them.
