Honest review.

1.Customer service is very good. 2. I have driven this car a few thousand kilometers, from my experience this car is a wonderful handler. Its a great drivers car. The engine is surprisingly good. The engine refinement is good from a three cylinder motor. The power of the car is very good, it's quiet fun; of course it's a fun car. 3.The polo has a timeless design, as you all know. It will never feel like aged. The performance is just awesome. The power from the motor is like you can't expect from a three cylinder. It has the kind of performance from the old 1.2 litre four cylinder gt tsi. 4.The service and maintenance is quiet higher. But it's worth it. The maintenance cost is a bit higher for this segment. 5.The rear seat space is a little less; but for a person who is 5ft can comfortably sit in the rear seat. You have to adjust the rear seat for the performance. The suspension is a little stiff, good for the highways and good roads, but in bad roads you can feel the undulations a little bit. If you drive properly, you will get a fuel economy not less than 16 km/l.
