PATHETIC SERVICE & FAKE COMMITMENTS.
Hi All those who are thinking of buying Volkswagen car. Let me tell you the false promises they do at time of selling the car.
1. On 16th Aug (Friday) I had given my car to claim accident insurance, I had been told that I will get car on 20th Aug, Tuesday.
2. On 20th, Tuesday morning when I called service center, I had been told that car is not ready and would be ready by 21st, Wednesday.
3. On 21st, Wednesday morning when I again called, they again said car is not ready and would take one more day. Though I was already facing lot of problems as I use it to for to go my office. Anyways, I shown patience.
4. On 22nd, Thursday morning when I called, they told though car is ready but DO is not, because their system is not working. They told if I want my car today, I need to pay whole amount (approx Rs 20,000) for which insurance was claimed. With my utmost SURPRISE and FRUSTRATION, I told them if company’s software is not working then how can they ask customer to pay whole amount and in case if customer can’t give, then they have to wait till DO comes. Means in every case customer will going to suffer. I had a heated argument with service center manager and he committed that somehow I will get my car on same day. AGAIN Nothing happened.
5. On 23rd, Friday, when again I did not get my car back, I took Mr Sanjay Pandita mobile number (8860609061). Whom I called and he committed that I will get my car on same day and disconnected the call suddenly. It was mockery of customer, still I waited whole day. Nothing happened.
6. On 24th, Saturday I called Mr Pandita again and he said <b>‘I don’t have time just to listed these queries and disconnected the call immediately’</b>.
I called him some 40-50 times but that chap even not picked my phone. Nothing happened. I HAD NEVER EVER SEEN ANY IRRESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEE AS I TOO IN CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY.
7. Then on 25th Sunday, when my tolerance finished, I told service center that I will lodge a police complaint and actually had abused them, then somehow I got my car back. But for my utmost surprise they did not send my original documents with me.
8. I called them and asked to them about of original documents and they told they had forgot to send it with the car and will send on Monday.
9. I waited whole day on Monday but document not sent.
10. They kept me waiting till Friday by doing continuous fake commitment but did not send the documents. Then again I had to abuse them and threaten of legal action against them then somehow I got my documents back. I have other cars, Hyundai and Maruti, their service are much much better than this pathetic and irresponsible company, Volkswagen.
I WANT TO MAKE EVERYONE AWARE THAT IF YOU WANT YOUR HAPPINESS GET SCREWED ONLY THEN GO AND BUY ANY VOLKSWAGEN CAR.
