Exterior Good Looking car. Headlights looks like a copy-cat of the Jetta. The Rear View Mirror was much better in the Old Indigo.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Bad quality intierior, Poor Plastics... Space is good and is comfertable.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine Performance is really good.
Fuel Economy 15.2. Gear Box GOOD.
Ride Quality & Handling Good Stable Car.
Final Words Is a sedan but rides a hatchback. Good for city traffic as well as rural ares. Good Pick-Up. What I like most is the sturdiness of the vehicle when I was cruising at about 120-150 kmph in the Rajarhat Expressway in Kolkata. As a whole, the exterior stylish look, good suspension, boot space, defoggers, body coloured bumpers, handle, attractive grille in front matched with elegant tail lamp cluster, good interior space, all beige colour finish (save the quality of some of the fixtures!), good mileage, easy manouvering while driving within the city (no need to shift gear frequently!) at about 40-60 kmph speed, capability to to sneak in to the tightest of spots while parking make me strongly recommend for Tata Indigo CS.
Sporty looking sedan type vehicle at even less cost than a hatchback.
It is smooth. Power steering offers good control. Independent wheel suspension is real good as the pothole on the left wheel does not feel on the right.
Areas of improvement Poor Interior Quality needs to be improved. Rear View Mirror also needs to be changed.

Exterior Car looks beautiful from outside. There's enough height provided as well as the wheel base is good along with considerably nice ground clearance. Headlights are faboulus.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) For a tall(6 feet 2 inches) & well built person like me the driving position is extemely good as compared to accent,verna,fiesta, or any other sedan. Interiors are a bit disappointing as the same old design has been repeated with very negligible changes. Space at the back is also worth appalauding!😄
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is satisfactory, specially when it goes above 80 kph it is like a butter! I get a descent fuel economy 18 in the city & 20 on the highways. It is a real VALUE FOR MONEY GEM from tata's stable!!😵
Ride Quality & Handling At times specially in the city area it feels a bit rough to handle but for a sedan of its cost & built this is a very small issue. For long route there is no other car like indigo cs!
Final Words With 1.5 yrs of ownership & 22000 kms i would definitely suggest people to buy this vehicle without any doubt.

was totaly impressed by the car since it was launched,
went to india on my first vacation and took a test ride ,was satisfied ,but was not shure as the price was so cheap ,i thought to wait and watch if there is any trick,and kept on reading the reviews pn carwale and various other sites and found almost all my questions answered ,
finally i decided to go for TDI LS ,i booked it for delivery on teh day of dessara,but was so much confused on teh color that i was struggeling almost 3 weeks to decide whaich color,as most of the photos in media were in red color so i thought to go with red ,still i had shortlisted GOLD ,BLACK and White,
i must tell you its very difficult to decide on colors if you have not seen the car physicaly ,i could find no review to firmy say which color looks the best on CS,any way as i sent my parents and wife to see the vahical before delivery they all got a complete different view about the color teh same red color which was our favourate ,was no more our favourate ,
they came back and we all chaged our mind to white ,finny convinced teh dealer FORTUNE motors Narul and they agreed to give us White color ,we are very happly with the dealer support and the gentelness shown at the time of delivery ,i have not seen teh car but have seen teh photos of the car and my DAD is driveing the car ,
My dad had a 2002 INDICA V2, He is happy and he say aldough the interier is same but still is a good and prectical car.

all thanks to sites like CARWALE.com, carzoo.com ,and Zigwheels.com ,by contineous deading of reviews form these sites its was possible for me to buy a car with out even looking at it while i was away form india .spacily Carwale is very good ,keep up the good work ,but try to make photo galery of cars with verious colors ,specialy with the colors which are not commenly shown in the media.

I have an Indigo 2009 model. Everything is good except this car is only designed for the highways. In city driving and bumper to bumper traffic this car usually vibrates a lot after getting heated up. I suspect this will become a problem once the car is 3 years old. Battery life is less 1.5 to 2 years maximum. Plastics could have been better. Otherwise a goodpackage and value for money car. Also the car is very sluggish for a start. Tata motors provides additional accessories free of cost like fog lamps and gear box so negotiation is important. I sometimes feel there should be a blower for the back seat passegers in summers. Each time you takethe car to the showroom you will run minimum Rs 5000 bill add to it the battery cost of 10K every 1.5 years. Dashboard plastics are very bad and my dashboard lock broke very first service.
Areas of improvement Engine Vibration and heating. Fuel Economy is very good - I get at least 15 without AC and with AC 12.
