Selling used cars, Don't buy this, service and customer behavior is very rude.

Everything is good till I went for first service. The service guys in Visakhapatnam are good for nothing. Whatever issue is raised by us is not addressed, more over they are pointing fingers towards us. There is a junk in 4 month old car that too inside of the rear door and their response is mediocre. Little steering issue, that too not addressed. Had huge respect for TATA, lost all in one go. Tata has to recruit the guys with passion, not just only for salary. They are demeaning the brand value of Tata. I am of thinking that, they have delivered me an used car. I feel like that after spending more than 10 Lakhs.
