      Exterior Cool, Hefty, rugged over all its awesome.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Decent cabin space, all the necessary features loaded except push button start, comfort wise its good for city and very good on highways.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine with 110 bhp I felt little less for a heavy vehicle like duster but it pulls strongly even after you reach 100 km mark on your speedometer.

      I know most of the people will be waiting for knowing the mileage

      I got a high way mileage of 17.9kmpl maximum and 16.5 kmpl minimum (speed between 100 - 120)

      In city ride the mileage is in between 13 - 15 kmpl depending on the traffic. for your knowledge I belong to coimbatore.

      AMT Gear Box, really we have to learn to drive an AMT. with slight accelaration the vehicle shifts gears to 4th, when it reaches 40km then at 90 km it shifts to 6th gear. It is bit slow than manual but its very comfortable in city and also in highways. over taking has to be planned as it takes a moment to understand our urgency in speeding. 

      Sudden Accelaration in 1st gear wont workout...otherwise its very smooth and downshifts the gear when ever necessary. Manual attached with AMT is very interesting and slick.

      Ride Quality & Handling 120 kms on curvy Highway road no problem at all. Handling is good and has got very good control. A very well planted drive even at high speed. Breaking is not up to the mark. we have to apply little bit hard to stop the vehicle. But we get used to it with in two days. suspension is very good even in rough roads. On highways no jerk at all. 

      Final Words Good vehicle at a decent price, good mileage, AC is good, My family loves to travel in this vehicle.

      Areas of improvement

      1. Wind noise has to be controlled.

      2. Disc break has to be provided for all four wheels.

      3. Dash board design can be updated.

      4. Front door rubber beading stores dust and when you open the door it falls on you while getting out of the vehicle, that has to be taken care.

      5. Driver side power window button control unit hurts the knees. it has to be finished smoothly.

      6. Storage area can be improved.

      ZERO GRADE FEATURES IN THE VEHICLE ... NON-SUPPORTIVE COMPANY AND SALES AGENCY.

      1. Features on display and music system take about 25 seconds to start after switching on the ignition, whereas it should start instantly. Only RENAULT logo displayed on the navigation screen.

      2. Fan gets ON only after the vehicle is started and that too after long waiting.  We expect quick start of the fan like other vehicles during summer and humidity especially.

      3. While putting the reverse gear, camera signal on the screen appears after about 5-6 seconds whereas the vehicle immediately gets move ON even without wasting a second, which is a major drawback and can cause accident & damage to the vehicle.  This feature is useless in the vehicle.  It looks as if the same is not company fitted.

      4. While putting the forward gear from reverse gear, it takes about 10-12 seconds to get the camera signal disappear from the screen. This feature is useless in the vehicle.  It looks as if the same is not company fitted.

      5. Blue-Tooth.

      a) Voice clarity is very poor.

      c) Mobile connectivity on blue tooth is also very poor. Sometimes, it is missing the connection.

      b) While dialing and receiving calls, only mobile / contact numbers are displayed on the navigation screen (I mean to say that the name of calling person, stored in the mobile, does not appear on the screen), which is a major drawback because if I want to neglect any unimportant call during driving, I cannot do so.

      6. GPS System.

      GPS system keeps on whipping for a long time after exit, which is very disturbing during driving.

      ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED FEATURES ARE CONNECTED TO NAVIGATION SYSTEM WHICH IS VERY VERY SLOW AND OF POOR QUALITY AND NEED TO BE REPLACED OR UPGRADED.

      It seems that RENAULT has somewhere lacked on proper R&D on the features provided in the vehicle before launching. IT SHOULD BE TREATED AS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER.I look forward to an reply on the above.

      VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE BY RENAULT. IT'S TOO BAD.

      KEEPING IN VIEW THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROBLEMS BEING FACED BY ME, I URGE THE NEW BUYERS TO PLEASE CROSS-CHECK TIME AND AGAIN BEFORE DECIDING TO BUY THIS VEHICLE HAVING VERY POOR AND LOW GRADE PROCESSING SYSTEM.

      Areas of improvement RENAULT DOESN'T WANT TO IMPROVE.

      Exterior Good but dated.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Most ordinary music system & multimedia Navigation, Very ordinary plastics interior, Wiper blades did not last even for 15 days of 1st monsoon. was forced to replace the same at cost as it is not covered under guarantee. Multimedia developed problems in the 1st month itself. Interior Lacks finesse. for a 16 lakh vehicle.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Good, Great Fuel economy, smooth drive. with cruse control gave a milage of 19km/ltr. AMT is a smooth tech and very useful in busy city roads. Even on highways it is a pleasure to drive and AMT.

      Ride Quality & Handling Good smooth ride. Stable. But have mostly driven on new 4 lane highways. Have still not driven on rustic / rural roads and with the ordinary plastic and interiors I have doubts that it will be rattle free for long. Handling is good though.

      Final Words Dissapointed that even after buying a 16 lakh vehicle the accessories supplied are very elementary and just for name-sake with no though on customer satisfaction. 

      Areas of improvement Much to do in the area of internal finish.

      SUMMARY: Great car, but if you're the person who always wants the newest toy in the shop, then look elsewhere. Does every job a car is supposed to, but dials, speedometer, and tech features are slightly outdated. As for the drive quality: The manual version is great, especially the 4x4, but the automatic leaves a LOT to be desired in terms of gear shifting, and is not at all suited for enthusiastic drivers or fast city driving. FULL REVIEW: This car, when released, was a beast. At the price point, with its rugged look and feel, spacious interior, and great colour choices, there was little to think about. But now, in 2018, I'm not sure I can say that it's the best option in the price bracket, because the car is still stuck in 2012. Honestly, in terms of function, it ticks all boxes. Interior is spacious, upholstery has withstood the test of my dogs multiple times, and seats offer comfortable physical support. Drivers will be disappointed if they're expecting state of the art technology, though. Lacklustre console and speedometer; when competitors are getting state of the art interfaces, keyless start and entry, and more, this car firmly roots itself in 2012 in terms of features offered. The manual model is great. Both manual and stickshift of this variant are equipped with 6 gears. The gears are great for city driving, with plenty of pickup in the low and midrange. The 6th gear really makes the highway driving better than it would have been with 5. So why only 3 stars? The real gripe is with the automatic gearbox. On ECO mode, it's literally like being driven by a grandmother who tries to get to the highest gear as soon as possible, and takes plenty of time to engage the clutch, slot the gear, and then disengage and hit the throttle. From the time the clutch is engaged till the time the gear actually changes, you will have enough time to prepare a coffee and drink it as well. On the other mode, while the gear shifts are at the right rpm, the actual process of shifting from one gear to another is painfully slow. Even in the manual mode, the actual shifting takes too long. I would change the gear faster with a clutch, any day. This definitely takes away from the joy of driving an automatic in this country. After having this car for a year and a few months, I have not noticed any major maintenance issues or any glaring problems. Service is very affordable, spares (though I haven't needed any) are all available. Conclusion : A sturdy car that does every job a car is supposed to do. In terms of features, it is not state of the art, and is clearly 5-6 years behind. The automatic gearbox is also disappointing. But if you want a stickshift 4x4 that will serve you well in the city and off road in terms of drive quality, and you're fine with a slightly aging interior, you will not be disappointed with this car in the slightest.

      Exterior It looks very muscular from outside. New facelift changes add on some extra style. 

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior are not rich like creata. But it has almost all the main features like cruise control(missing in creata) intgrated with 6 Speed AMT., automatic climate control system, 7'inch touch screen info system, seat fabrics are good n all. you will feel that cabin is very airy. In a rear seat you can fix three adults very comforatbly. Rear parking camer integrated with your touch screen. Rear Boot space is wow.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I drove it around 15k km in 6 months. I have no compain about it. last month i drove it from Delhi <-> Manali <-> Rohtang Pass <-> keylong. Good part is you will enjoy your amt at hilly drive. Engine pulling power is awesome. It will cruise like the way you want. Some of the feature like Hill Assit and traction Control system works very well at hilly area like rohtang pass and beyond. I can say the amout i have paid for my duster is worth. Gear box is jerky at high RPM in 2nd to 3rd gear but 4 5 6 have smoother shift. You cannot belive we started from Rohtang pass by 9 pm in the nght and we reached manali by 9:45 pm i took only 45 mins and all credit goes to duster handling and AMT and of course the engine pulling power.

      Ride Quality & Handling At high speed it is superb,  i crossed 150 KMPH thanks to the stability it had at high speed gives you a full confidence on ROAD. Trust me you will enjoy the bumper to bumper drive of Duter AMT in a city traffice. My daily running is 80 km per day. I enjoy every day driving.

      Final Words Good SUV at GOOD Price. I can say it's a VFM Car.  Second service is cost around 5600 INR at 10000 KM.

      Areas of improvement NONE.

      Look and body is muscular. Very nice pricing. Auto gear AMT performance is not good. Pickup took lots of time to think and then takes late action. Only in 30000kms clutch plates are damaged due to that you can't drive it on hill stations.

      Exterior are fabulous if you like macho looks of an suv you can not ignore duster and even you go for any other suv you will miss the killer and macho looks of the Duster with new grill , new front and rear bumpers add flavour to the appeal already at it's best.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) are nice and handy and now buttons of window has been set at right places.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is always a strong point of duster I own a Hyundai Verna 1.6 diesel too but absolutely no diiference in prformance even though I am using AMT version of Duster, essential to menmtion AMT of Duster is absolute delight to drive it automatically determines the load and speed  for different terrain for gear selection I never expected such performance from automated mannual transmission but you have to be little used to get the performance from your AMT box.

      Ride Quality & Handling All euopian cars are known for their handling and build quality and duster provides you the feel of sturdyness and safety.

      Final Words Fantastic car delighted to purchase.

      Areas of improvement Can provide some more modern interiors.

      Final Words I am public sector executive purchased 110PS RXZ AMT Duster on 31.12.2016 after influenced by its marketing But problem happened suddenel, Ignition key was not insurt fully  when we ready to start from our safe parking, even assitance called and sent to local service centre They have no clear idea it was kept there since last 9 days. Its very panic for me. Being an owner of world fame new car owner (total drive 4770km)i became unable to understand how a car kept in safe parking not received key and it becomes so great problem that movement of me and my family totaly blocked My mother(80yr) need medical help regularly. What Renaault company pay if any mishappening takes place

      It is worth for the money which I spend on buying this car It is smooth even when I go in 150km/h in highway It is stylish and has a good boot space which helps me a lot when I go for long drives Good and cheap service done by Renault It don't feel anything bad in Renault duster I feel it is the best SUV car comparing to other cars of the same price range

      The buying experience was not so great as I got nippy dots on my new car. Staff at the dealer said will clear the paint job, which didn't happen till date( 2yrs). Ordered a spoiler from the dealer itself, but no response at all till date. Riding experience is amazing, period. It's just acceptable compared to hatch back cars. The driver's seat rocks like a massage chair (design fault maybe). Interiors are a big flop shop. I feel pathetic talking abt it. Talking about seats and space is limited for average adults. Under thigh support is horrible, those long journeys are going to be a nightmare. Best part to talk is about the mileage the mill gives. I get about 16kmpl in the city and with 90kmph on the high way, it gives me around 18.5 average. Amt box is a big let down. No super fast shifts. It just gets ur job done. I have driven about 35000km till date and spent abt 8500/- for service and 3500 for brake pads. If we look at it technically, it's much better compared to Maruti swift(costed me 10000/- for every service). The reason for me to buy this car was mainly to get a cheap automatic car, with good ground clearance, good mileage, and a decent boot. Always better compared to hatchback cars and C - segment sedans in India.
