Have Purchased NISSAN Sunny/XV in the year 2014 in Varanasi and within a years time the AC in the cold mode was was not working. By this time the car was used only for 1500 kms. Every time the service center used to give some or the other stories until the last month when they said the AC Compressor is faulty & must be changed with new one, customer must bear the entire cost. At the time of purchase I was told anything faulty will be replaced if I opt for higher insurance hence I opted for higher insurance wear .Two things are of serious concerns,
1.The Compressor of the Nissan Sunny XV is very poor quality
Or .We were given a faulty piece of Compressor.
Dont get attracted with goody goody promises Nissan showroom will offer.
The trust in the Nissan make is completely gone. More than this the trust Japan has achieved, has been broken hence I am forced to write such comments so that other customer can benefit with the bad experience with Nissan and their services.
