Exterior Nothing much to talk about the exteriors as it is the most recognizable feature of the car. Spartan looks, lovely grill and not-so-great rear.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space is the biggest feature in the Sunny. And there is plenty of it. Very comfortable for the driver and for passengers alike. Standard features in the segment include auto climate control, stock audio system and steering controls for audio along with a neat looking dashboard.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Good pick up in the city, with a duel economy of 12.5 in standard city limits (not exactly chock-a-block traffic) and got a FE of 14.5 on a long drive - Chennai to Madikeri with a fully loaded car.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality and handling is very good. However, sometimes feel that the under carriage barely misses the speed breaker humps. Had a few nasty scrapes due to ground clearance being lower.
Final Words Good car, but I felt that Nissan did a Renault (like Logan) in terms of sacrificing some features which could have made this a better car.
Areas of improvement Rear sensors to come as standard package for top end models. Audio system has to be equipped with USB port and bluetooth connectivity. And add captain seats with arm rests would make this car unmatchable in the segment.
Decent fuel economy, interior spaceDated Interiors, No USB connectivity or bluetooth
