Most horrible experience with suzuki

I have been using my friends brezza since an year. First the vehicle had a major issue while turning above 80kmph feels like the vehicle is going to shuffle. After six months enging start jurking in 1st gear, after an year the engine sounds like a jeep. Whenever we ask to the customer service regarding same will get only one answer. Sir everyone complain about the same vehicle is like that only nothing can be done. If we ask for the reason. They will answer sir the engine power is not enough that's why it's happening. I think all the 5 star review given here all there staffs..
