Buying car from a worst dealer in Hyderabad.

1.I am writing this review after driving my car for 17000 kms in one year, Firstly talking about my buying experience of this car has been worst with Kalyani Motors situated in LB Nagar, Hyderabad did not deliver the vehicle as per promised date .The sales person at the time of booking made so many promises, but after booking the vehicle they delayed the date of delivery 3 times. Finally after vehicle reaching their store they did not even inform me about delivery then after a continuous follow by me then I came to know that the vehicle is ready. I went for delivery of the vehicle with a nationalised bank DD for the total on road price ,there happened issue with the sales incharge of that showroom dunno how he became in charge for sale and this worst Kalyani Motors rules of delivery. They will not deliver the vehicle until the DD gets clear seems whereas the nationalised bank DD is equal to cash ( it's not cheque for getting bounced). How stupid these guys are finally I ordered for cancellation for my booking then guys after a huge process they delivered the vehicle after working hours. The stupid sales person at the time of booking offered me 10000 worth accessories but later skipped the words such worst experience I had with this Kalyani Motors. After this big mess they requested me rate them good how nasty they are. I would not recommend any one to buy the vehicle from this dealer in Hyderabad. 2. The riding experience of vehicle was pretty good. 3. The exterior look of the vehicle is good with 16inch alloy wheels, coming to the performance the pick up is low compared to the vehicles in this segment. Coming to worst part of the vehicle is the dashboard dunno how Maruthi designed it. When driving in ? the reflection of the dashboard appears on the Driver side windshield which makes driver invisible of the road and vehicles driving which leads to crashes in traffic . I think Maruthi Should make some changes here to the dashboard. Coming to the rear seat it needs to stretched more towards backside for avoiding back pain in long drives. Average fuel consumption of the vehicle in city like Hyderabad is 15-16and 19- 20 in highways. 4. When comes for service Maruthi is cheap compared to brands like Hyundai and Tata. 5. Overall the vehicle is good but, don't expect more pick up from as the vehicle looks heavy like a SUV. The performance doesn't match the looks,and body like low in pick up I can say. Coming to ground clearance it's too good like a SUV for tall persons u can get into this car easily and can drive comfortablly .
