Looks Good

I purchased car from Vittesse, Andheri.  I had bitter experience with them.  In JulyWindshield was broken, which was replaced, & damaged my front bumper, which they havent replaced despite several reminders.  It seems they are not interested to do it.  I have sent emails toVittesee, Worli and  Maruti, New Delhi, but no response at all from anywhere.  It seems they forget the words "After sales service", once they receive the money and deliver the car.  Only intention appears to make more money by selling engine coating, wax polish, etc.   The space insite vittese workshop is so cramped, the cars mostly gets damaged, and or scracthed.  Anti rust done in January 12, at the time of deliviery was not done properly, and many areas in the engine area were found to be rusting.  They applied the black color anti rust, and the work was so shoddy that many other parts in the engine area had been stained with black color, giving it a shabby appearance.  While replacing the windsheild, the black wax for fastening the windsheild were spread inside and outside at many places.  It took them 5 days to change the windsheild.  Overall the labour work appears very shoddy and lethargic.
