I am writing to you as a highly unsatisfied Hyundai car Owner.
I recently purchased a Fluidic Verna 1.6crdi SX model from M/s. Venkatesh Auto Wheels India Pvt ltd, dealership in Jaunpur, UP. From the date of car delivery we have been complaining to the dealer about the noise and jerks felt in the shockers and suspension of the car which is very unlikely for a new car. We wanted our car changed, however the dealer assured the noise would become fine once the car would run a few kilometers. On much follow up with the dealer the front shockers have been changed as per the requirement expressed by the service manager at Venkatesh against our demand of changing the car. Inspite of the change the noise and jerks did not become alright whereas increased every day. We again demanded the car to be changed, however this time with an additional problem, even the steering of the car started shivering on speed over 100kms/hr along with jerks being felt on the steering during bad roads. Again some other part was changed assuring us that the car would be absolutely fine with the change in some steering part. Recently I have developed a severe lower back pain due to the discomfort felt while travelling in the car. Since yesterday my car has started emitting black smoke from the exhaust pipe. Even further the ABS of the car works worse than a Bicycle brake. I have to press the brake pedal very hard for the brakes to apply!
I now feel that I was given a car which was assembled from second hand parts & presented with a new body! It is ridiculous how a new car can have so many problems. I have also driven another new model of the same car which has absolutely no problem at all. I have now lost all patience and would like to complain with the consumer grievance cell, India. I feel cheated buying such an expensive car & would really appreciate if you could get in touch with me to resolve this problem.
I would like Hyundai to replace my car with a new one as the car given to me has been faulty right from day one and the problems have only increased in the period of 6 months.
I await your reply seeking fair solution to this.
