I had purchased Grand I 10 Asta (Petrol) in mid March 2014.
- I had problem with your dealer giving improper invoice details.
Then for my peace of mind, I left the issue as it was not getting resolved & getting messed up, even after informing your regional office. The car had run smoothly first two months.
- Thereafter came the first Glitch - my car's battery drained. The Shivnath Hyundai service center sent their technician on my complaint, took the battery & fitted it back after charging.
- Not even two weeks had passed, I faced another problem. My car's blower gets ON (full speed) as soon as i start the car. I went to Hyundai service center but had to return back with my problem unresolved. Service center executives weren't able to help, quoting non availability of spares. Few weeks later on test and trial basis they replaced few parts and made my car in proper working condition, and informed me that few parts are still to be replaced which are not available yet and as soon as these parts arrive they will communicate with me. I had called them after a month but couldn't receive any response. As my car did not have a problem I again left this issue.
- My car's battery drained again on 18.09.2014. The Road side assistance technician jump started the battery.
- My car's battery drained again on 02.10.2014. The Road side assistance has informed me that they will send technician tomorrow morning to jump start.
The reason quoted by the technicians explaining the cause of battery drain in case 1 & 3 was that i am not supposed to leave the car idle even for a single day.
The above reason to me does not sound logical. Undoubtedly there technical fault which needs to be detected & rectified. I am being tossed between RSA, customer care & dealer, with neither of them taking responsibility.
