Accent 1.6 ABS review

 

Exterior Indeed it has been quite a good-looking car since a decade and a half and the power antenna on the trunk adds a bit more to that of course!

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Stylish is not the term I would prefer to describe the interiors of this sedan but yes, simple and user friendly would certainly do. Mine has an all-grey interior which is a li'l bit on the down side as I would have loved the beige one. But, the illuminated cigarette lighter and illuminated ash-tray is a great feature to have.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Awesome awesome awesome. GIVES YOU THE FEELING OF BEING IN A MUSTANG when you give it just that little bit of extra torque.

Ride Quality & Handling Excellent car in terms of ride quality and handling. Especially when you are driving beyond 150 Kms an Hr, u get to see the excellence of this machine. Its speciality is its handling and cornering at high speeds.

Final Words A very good value for money sedan to own. Dnt let your driver take away all the pleasure from you. Braking system is awesome. The anti-lock brakes work flawlessly. Trust me (saved me a couple of times) !!!

Areas of improvement The rear seat requires a little more leg-space as it gets really crampy for a 6 footer like myself. A 2-din music system console must have been there as you would want to have atleast a JBL in your car... Wouldn't you ? Which unfortunately is not there. Even the Wagon R has man ! C'Mon Hyundai guys, wats up with you people ???
