Very Poor service

Awaiting music system replacement for over 1 and half year now. Very poor availability of car spares. Extremely poor service system. Every time I gave car for service it was returned with either something missing or something broken. Once a car pillow went missing next time the back door handle was jammed and non functional. There is no value for premium with Honda. Feeling treated like an alto owner but always ready to charge you with ridiculous things like sanitation charge. Such lame things could still wont bother if they actually did a good job. It's not the same Honda was 5 years back. Would recommend going for Hyundai instead.
