Made the biggest miskate of my life by trusting the Honda brand and by buying this good looking box on wheels. From the first day itself this car is only giving me trouble and nothing else good.
Pickup in 1st and 2nd gear is so dull and underpowered that everytime while going upwards on a flyover this car struggles and everytime I have to turn off the AC and then push hard in 1st and 2nd gear. Can't even think of overtaking any car.
Car is VIBRATING ALOT everytime I put in reverse gear and now sometimes in front gear too. Honda says we are known for our smooth engines and now they tell me this vibration is part of our technology and all our amaze models vibrate like this and other brands car also vibrate like this. I have never experienced any sort of vibration like this in any other car and specially never experienced this problem in Honda Amaze's TEST DRIVE CAR.
The car you get is supposed to be the exact resemblance of the car that you TEST DRIVE, but in my case test drive car and my car are poles apart. That' how Honda is cheating it's customers. Interiors look good but are extremely cheap as inner cabin always makes crackling noise when road is not good.
Buying experience is always good but what matters the most is after sales services and after sales behaviour. Firstly they don't want to accept the faults and defects of their car, then they behave rudely once the car is sold and now they say there is no solution for this as of now and when Honda will provide a solution then we will REPAIR it.
Why Honda is selling a FAULTY car on the first instance. Honda as a brand has fallen really LOW and has become very CHEAP AND FRAUD. They don't realise that it's not just money but it is people's hard earned money that they are looting.
