Exterior Excellent from design! The car looks and feels premium!
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Plastic used could have been better. Otherwise it's very neatly done. The cabin feels very up-market.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox 1.5 Tdci feels like heaven! The car reaches 150 kmph in no time and can be pushed till 170-180 kmph. The gear box is exceptionally smooth for a diesel car. I feel the odometer and MFD is bit small. I have driven almost 500kms and in general the CITY AVERAGE IS 20-21 km/l and HIGHWAY it is around 22-23 km/l. In a nut shell it feels better than i20 elite crdi when it comes to power, economy and ride quality.
Ride Quality & Handling Pretty good. The suspension is very nice! cabin is nicely insulated. Electronic steering is very very light at low speeds and is very manoeuverable, although at higher speeds it feels bit heavy. But it's fine. The AC is very very powerful! Lots of leg room! The ride quality is top notch! Ford my dock is awesome to use !! Amazing!
Final Words As compared to i10 grand or swift this car is a WINNER in all departments. I was confused between i20 elite and figo, and after doing a lot of research and test drives i chose figo over i20 elite, and it's worth it . It has more features than i20 on a 8 lakh budget. Plus, figo is 1.5 lakh cheaper than i20 and comes with 6 airbags !
Areas of improvement More promotions of the car. Plastic quality can be improved. Dual tone interior could have been better . Adjustable rear neck rest.

My purchase of New Ford Figo was really unexpected. Neither I was a big fan of Ford nor Figo. Infact I don't like the old Figo because of the interiors eventhough it was a good car compared to swift in terms of ride and handling.But all of a sudden I got to know about this car and the looks got me attracted towards it.
Then I started researching about the Ford history in India and its customer service, maintenance cost etc. All of us know that Ford's maintenance would be higher compared to Maruti or Hyundai's but now with the localization of the production and spare parts the maintenance is as cheap as Maruti. May be a touch higher than Maruti but definitely lower than Hyundai and VW.
And What I came to know from the research is Ford has followed "Smart Engineering" in Ecosport,Figo / Aspire. It means that they are making lots of child parts which does reduce the maintenance costs. Like if we have a problem with any specific part we can only replace that particular part instead of replacing the whole assembly. That's really smart unlike in Maruti and especially in Hyundai where the servicemen says to replace the whole assembly for even a small nut/bolt.
I test drove this car 6 times to test it in every angle. Believe me guys you"ll really go mad with its power, handling, braking and build quality. May be you'll get better interiors in i20 / Polo / Baleno but you can never compare these with the Ford Figo's performance and Handling. It is by far the fastest, Safest and Fuel efficient hatch under <8L.
Coming to refinement levels it feels somewhat noisy than Elite I20 [Very refined engine] at stand still but you wont feel that noise at all while running infact the cabin insulation is better than that of Elite i20.
The customer service of Ford is surprprisingly good compared to Maruti / Hyundai. If the dealership is not responding well just raise a complaint to Ford and leave the rest upon them. U'll be surprised to know the quickness in their response and they will take it very seriously.
Just think before buying the regular swifts,i20's. Whatever deci.sion you take keep it in view the safety which is priceless. I feel that Ford Figo is the best hatch in the segment now in terms of Safety, power, FE and Handling
The areas of improvement I can suggest for Ford are Brand Advertising/Awareness, Interior quality (Hyundai like) and better dealership response.

Exterior Whole new look and it is awesome. built of the vehicle is very good, the best part is on the front one kind off ashton martin. Suspension of this car is a vry much plus point, best among its compettors i feel
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) A plus in this segment, leg space is sufficient for all the seats. Driving on the driver seat pretty much comfortable. but some features like Keyless entry,Reverse Parking Sensor, GPS are missing in top variants.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox It absolutely feels like heaven driving this car. there's so much pickup in 3rd and 4th gear that the car gives a feeling of absolutely being in heaven.i dont think so any other car in this segment has this much of pickup. FORD has kept up to its name of delivering some power packed cars like IKON,Fiesta, old Figo.
Fuel Economy : i have a Diesel Variant and right now my car's mileage shows upto 13.8 kmpl (i have driven around 1200 kms till now, first service is due after 2500kms), wanna know if this will be improved after the service? anyone facing this kind of mileage problem?? please let me know

Steering Becomes Firm Giving you the confidence to Cruise through the roads. Air-condition is Best in the segment. Music System is Phenomenal (No Need of Bass Tube). Interior is Well Finished and Practical 3. Panther Black Color Looks ELEGANT. Car looks impressive on road as well as in the Parking. 4. Servicing and Maintenance is Very Light on the Pocket and largely satisfying. 5. CONS- The Dashboard Reflects in the windshield in direct sunlight. Rear doors Lack Bottle Holders. Reverse Parking Sensor is Really Missed. ABS sometimes miss out when there are Small stones on the road. Overall The Best Car in this price range with almost all the features and safety.

Fuel Economy Driven close to 6000km.
Very poor, In city only 9-10km/l and highway 16-17km/l. Complained after 2500km. after that, they called for service two times and just washed the car and gave back. After constant follow up they called up for mileage test. Mileage test was done in best road in Bnagalore -NICE ROAD and car driven by their expert driver. Results- 20km/l, without traffic n pot holes or any other obstruction. its been more than three weeks and they havent given any concrete ans.
Gearbox- Not good, sometimes it stucks while trasitioning from 2nd to 3rd, which is risky sometimes, when you intend to shift the gear but it dosent work. Complained about this also but no solution. After shift from 1st to 2nd is not smooth.
Ride Quality & Handling Good except gear.
Final Words Good car with poor mileage and bad gear box( Though i was informed through various other reviews on youtube and other means still went ahead thinking compny might have improved the problem by now.

Exterior Excellent, stylish front , Heavy bonnet.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)ew Mobile Docking is an excellent concept. Bluetooth connectviity is aswsome. Feel of Gear knob, AC buttons, Lights buttons top class. Font as well as rear space is good. Shoulder room, head room is good.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox 1.5 L TDCI is gem of all engines. Its 100PS power is very high for such small size hatchback.
The drivebility of engines in CITY is very good. But it shines on Highway. High Torque alavilable as low as 1300-1400 RPM, making bumper to bumoper city traffice ride a breez as well as on highway.
I have just done 2000KM long drive ( Thane to Nagour and Back). Very happy with the engine performance.
Fuel avg I got on this trip is 15.8KMPL for this 2.6 MONTHS old car.
Gear shift is not smooth at all. It feels very notchy and sometimes dont get engange Correcttly in 3rd gear.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride is good, it absorbs most of potholes , but ground clearance is low when its loaded with 4 paasengers and lagguage, at bigger speed breakers you have to be very careful. High speed stability is very good till 120-130km/hr, after that it becomes unstable.
Small Tyre size could be the reason(175/65/14). Steering is precise, light at low speed and heavy at high, Feedback is good. Suspension should have been better.
Final Words Very good all rouund package. Practical as well as fun to drive car.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) I love the interior.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is very good. Economy is excellent. I am getting around 24kmpl with AC on highways.. and 17 to 18 in city with AC ON. Music system is very good. A small concern is it lags a bit in 2nd gear can be improved. Off course it does n't matter much. Its high speed driving and performance is best in the segment.
Ride Quality & Handling Steering is superb. Very light. I am enjoying it.
Final Words A good car in the budget. You can go for it un doubtedly.
Small areas are there for improvement. like head lamp lighting, Rear styling, boot space can be a bit more. Rear seat can be completly foldable, Separate lever for internal door locks.
Areas of improvement They need to gain the trust of customers regarding maintenace cost. They had better job reducing it. but still ford has reputation that it is very expensive to maintain.

Final Words Overall a nice package, A perfect car to buy in this segment which scores in all parameter whether its ride quality, handling, built quality, looks, mileage. only concern point is maintanance only which i will come to know after driving it for few years.
Areas of improvement Tyre size should be R15, R14 looking little small... dual tone interior would be more attractive...

Spacious legroom, Height adjustment is very good. I used to get knee and ankle pain during a 300km plus rides in single stretch. But with this figo am not getting anything even feeling fresh after long journey.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Well its a 100ps engine, i felt responsive acceleration till 160km/h. I closed 170km/h max so far. Here are my gear shifts
2nd gear: 20-60 km/h
3rd gear: 60-90 km/h
4th gear: 90-130 km/h
5th gear: 130 -160 km/h
In my drive, light traffic you can say 60km/h as average speed . i got 350kms/21 litres(approx). which we can conclude around 16km/litre plus(approx).
3rd is little tight for me, i can feel a step while shifting to 3rd gear. May be after first service it will be good.
