FRIENS I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH FORD AS I AM USING MY FIGO FROM LAST 1 YEAR. IT INCLUDES 2 SERVICES 12K KM RUN.
1. THE SERVICHE PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE CENTRE IS SATISFACTORY.
2. FIGO IS AN EXCELLENT CAR WITH GOOD KMPL HANDLING IS VERY GOOD I HAVE DRIVEN IT FROM PUNE TO GOA, PUNE TO MAHABALESHWAR AND OTHER NEIGHBOURING PLACES WITH NO PROBLEM.
3. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS QUALITY OF TYERS IS HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY, I WANT TO SHARE MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WID U GUYS AS THE TYRES USED BY FORD i.e. GOODYEAR ARE INFERIOR QUALITY AND AS WE ALL KNOW DRIVING CAR ON HIGHWAYS AND EXPRESSWAYS WITH A SPEED OF 100-120 OR MORE IS A RISK WITH SUCH TYRES IF IT BURST AND IT PUTS YOUR LIFE IN DANGER.
IT HAPPEND TO ME WHILE DRIVING THE CAR WITH JUST A SPPEED OF 15-20 THEN IT STRUCK A ROAD PAVEMENT JUST OUTSIDE MY HOUSE. FRIEND THIS WAS NOT ENOUGH WHEN COMPLAINING ABOUT THE FAULTY TYRE THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS THIS FROM FORD (SHOWN IN BLUE LETTERS ).
I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO ALL THE PROS AND CONS AND THEN ONLY GO FOR FORD.
