Looking outside the Box - Figo it is!!!!!!

 

Exterior The car has been definitely created with the middle class people in mind. It is stylish and has the potential to be the best in its class.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) I was a bit skeptic at first to try out Ford after riding Ritz and i10. My Wife was very impressed. So as you know. I had to try it out. Well when you sit in the drivers seat. You feel the difference immediately.There is nice space provided between you and the steering. The Dashboard is a bit of drag in the red color. But is better with black panel. The music system is quite good. The speakers are fitted on the 4 doors which is good. The Spacing at the rear seat is better that i10 and quite comfy.It does not feel claustraphobic...The boot space was also good considering the competition like i10 and ritz.

P.S - Dont even drive the chevrolet. Suspensions stinks

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The figo handles the road quite smoothly even at 90. plus maneovers itself very comforatbly in traffic. One distinguishing feature is that you know in which gear is the car being put at. in other cars. the gear is so smooth that you get confused if its the 3rd or the 5th. However in Figo. there is a small locking system which enable you to know which gear are you shifting you. Plus when you brake hard. the brake lights automatically lights up. The suspensions are very good and i didnt even know the trebbles that the road normally has.

The AC is very good and even when the A/c is on full, the car horns works like a magic as compared to i10 or ritz where you can barely hear the horn.

 

Final Words The figo is good option to look at considering the dominance of maruti and i10 Plus the dealers at Figo provide better discount as compared to Maruti dealers who outrightly reject the discounts.

 

Areas of improvement The panel inside the car needs improvement. If the pricing is placed better, it will help people like me who are in the middle segment to have access to luxury + comfort in one car. But yes definitely worth a thought.
