Needs to improve after sales service and should have good dealers and trained staff to repair it. Within a week of purchase of ECOSPORT the clock and the navigation were not working. Then they changed the FLY AUDIO unit itself. Within two / three weeks again the same problem of navigation system was not working. The Bhavna ford( dealer) did not have any staff to rectify it. They consulted ford India nd as per them they have upgraded the software. It was working well for 2/3 weeks and now again the same issues. That means Bhavna ford and Ford India donot have any clus to correct it. I have reported the problem two weeks back and still they have responed positively.
This is the quality of FORD India.
So friends please think again before buying a ford vechile.
