Very bad decision to buy Ecosport AT, stopped on the road after 90 KM drive

I brought Ecosport AT on 29th and it breakdown on 30th. The vehicle ...stopped on road several times and scratched by some other car. I felt like Ford is cheating the people by selling cars with duplicate parts. The service centre replace the PCM and cables on the new car and they deny to give me the proper repair record. The customer care from the Ford offered a free 3rd year extended warranty, but that I was paid already during the car purchase. I have communicated with Customer care several time to get an proper answer, but never replied. My experince from Ford is very bad and don't buy any cars from such company who don't pay attention to customer needs and satisfaction. They are ignoring the complaints and not answering properly to my emails and calls. The Dealer is helpless and they given a temporary car during repair.
