I have purchased my vehicle on 24th June 2013, and till today i am struggling to get a trivial issue with the washer motor fuse resolved.

Hi Mr MD,
I am writing this with utter disappointment that my complain # 800038556 is still unresolved. My car's washer motor is again giving problem.
This is the 4th time i have encountered this issue. Please find below the issue history.
1st occurrence - 24th July 2013
I went to take the delivery of my new brand EcoSport, but while checking the for all said features i found that the washer motor is not working. I reported the issue and the issue was fixed(replaced the fuse).
2nd occurrence - 25th July 2013
The very next morning i found that the washer motor is again not working. I reported the issue and the issue was fixed(replaced the fuse).
3rd occurrence - 26th July 2013
The very next morning i found that the washer motor is again not working. I reported the issue with ford motor (writetomd@ford.com complain # 800038556) and the issue was fixed(replaced the washer motor - stating that the washer motor is defective).
4th occurrence - 14th Aug 2013
In the evening i found that the washer motor is again not working. I reported the issue and the issue was fixed(replaced the fuse).
Please let me know how many times do i have to bear the issue.
Request you to please address my below set of complains.
1. Resolve the issue (washer motor/fuse not working )
2. Compensation for my Mental and Physical strain i am facing due to FORD's defective vehicle.
I hope to receive resolution for both my issues addressed above.
