Final Words One should NOT, I repeat NOT buy this car even if the company offers it for free. I am repenting having bought it and have no other choice but to suffer for the rest of my life with this as the price I have been offered ( a two year old car) is Rs.1.6 Lacs only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My eight year old Santro also has been offered the same price!!!!!!!!!! The support given by the company is ridiculous and one of their Dealers - namely ASL Motors at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand have grossly cheated on me by showing that they have done a major job on FOC when my car was at least 200 kms away from their workshop and in a different State ( West Bengal).
Areas of improvement After sales support ! If there is one of course!!!!!!!!

Exterior Pretty good looking.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Spacious, although would like more place for keeping things.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is good but fuel economy is not good.
Ride Quality & Handling Comfortable, but the low GC is a pain, and then to increase the GC you need to pay. well I think FIAT been sleeping or they just thought lets charge extra for GC if they agree well and good and if not we will see. buth the problem of GC is so big nobody just asked anything and went ahead. FAIL you should provide the GC kit FOC as its your fault to introduce a car with such low GC for indian road. You know this is right that is why you changed the GC in the new version.
Final Words I bought the car because FIAT had tie-uo with TATA and so had many service centres, but probably FIAL was sleeping over the issue. They new very well that tie-up is going to end and then what nothing they just slept over now in Delhi there are only 02 service centres and that two in the 02 extreme conrers of delhi One is pathetic, so now go to other which is 35 kms away. My suggestion DON'T BUY FIAT CAR TILL THEY OPEN MORE SERVICE CENTRES, YOU HAVE BETTER OPTIONS WITH OTHER COMPANIES WHO VALUE YOUR MONEY.
Areas of improvement FIAL you have to own up the responsibility of the low GC and now must offer it FOC or atleast own 50% of the respnisibility as we made a decision to buy this car. Secondly. Open service centre at once and till then no should not sell any more cars.

Exterior
1. I loved it for the superb styling, now the updgraded front grille is my favourite.
2. Awesomely designed lights, tail lights are the best in class
3. Nobody could probably beat the boot space.
But the lights have gaps in the front and back and doesn't properly align with other parts.
My Linea TJet has gap b/w the front bonnet fenders and the lights. Dealer said its common with all Linea's and have seen most of them have these alignment issues.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
1. Nice space inside and a very comfortable driving position (I'm used to Swift and felt better with Linea).
2. Many mentioned issue for tall people although I myself didn't feel any issues, I'm 5'11 and fit comfortably in the back and front.
The interiors again have alignment issues near key,steering,center console.
The seat belt retractors were not functioning properly after 3years and need to be checked.
Lot of settings, no proper manual leaves you thrilled with lot of hidden features.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
The engine and performance were quite good in Hyderabad like city and I faced no issues in years until suddenly one day the 'Linea Didn't Start'. Service centre has no clue of what's happening. A.V.Motors Hyderabad, authorised said might have to spend 14k on some internal part. And they themselves were not sure why?. padlock symbol, is ghostly and sometimes blinks during rainy season. I loved the car and now I literally want to scrap it for leaving in the middle of road with no clue.
Ride Quality & Handling
The steering is a bit stiff, but on a whole never been straining in City.
On Highway and long drives It's a boon.

Service is the worst nightmare if you're planning to buy fiat.
Recently read some news about aggresively improving customer service, in Sept2015 I don't see any improvement.

I have booked Emotion Pack Petrol version.......Wanted to know about the efficiency and milage. Around 12 -14 kmpl will be great for this car size in city.
I saw linea first at Concorde Motors,Mysore Road,Bangalore.Displayed Emotion Pack Diesel .Quite Stuuning looks with that Front Grill pointing out like angry young man ....like HULK.Rear side Classy and all the curves exposes the right blend of classic and modren italic design.Quite a Competitor to a new honda city by looks.
It was pretty anxious moment as the price list announced while i was present there with my father.Actually we were almost done with SX4 but at last moment i held back as i saw linea at car and bike show at NDTV Profit.
About the price its mouth watering especially emotion pack petrol in regard with verna,SX4, city and Fiesta. I went through the features & found BLUE & ME interesting.Thanks to Rear A/C vents.Materials Used for interiors are better than SX4 and City..i like the Dash very much.
Overall we liked Linea with Full Heart and proud to be owner of that pretty soon.We also need to Belive that TATA-FIAT joint hands will support Linea Service.
Competition like this where Linea in front of SX4,Verna , Fiesta and City make Other Automobile gaints to bring up new exciting cars. We never know when this Hot Cake Linea will start to feel like a paste.............future will tell.
PLease address me about petrol engine ..its efficiency milage.

Exterior - Marvellous looking Sedan, best in India, awesome colours, colours availabel in T Jet mut be made available to other variants too.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)- Space somewhat crampy over front, no bottle holders in door [space provided is useless], excellent features especially Mycar, no remote for music system.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox- Gear shift not so smooth, gives 16kmpl in city with automatice climate control, very low engine on the inside, superb on highway, a masterpiece.
Ride Quality & Handling Excellent, extremely smooth on rough roads.
Final Words - Great engineering going wasted by poor marketing and service; really feel sad for all those who have worked so hard to bring such a masterpiece; one of the best examples of excellent product gone wasted by poor marketing.
Areas of improvement Aggressive marketing, Own sales and service; it's really a shame for the company when everybody is taken away by the car but then asks where is it available?, never heard of this car? never seen any showroom etc.

Exterior Awesome Exterior, looks to die for, a sure head turner.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Features- Superb, Stylish, & at the same time Advanced, Won`t find even one unneeded gadget.
Space- Good in the Front, little bit less in rear, 3 persons & u might feel cramped.
Comfort- No Match, at another level, Front rear anywhere & everywher..its super luxurious, might feel like seating in a BMW or some thing.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine Performance is gr8..& par ne other. car in its segment.

Doesn feel like driving a diesel car..awesome pick up once turbo comes into play.

Exterior The flow of the lines of the car are amazing nothing seems out of sync.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) For the price good interiors, plastics are sturdy.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is quiet, to start is slow but once on the move is able to pick up speed and slow down easily, on highways can drive in 5th gear without much downchanges, even at 1500 rpm picks up. But in the city do need frequent gear changes. Getting on highway 16 kmpl and city 11 kmpl with ac.
Ride Quality & Handling Good is able to handle most bumps on the road, even on narrow ghat roads feel confident about the car.
Final Words Service is friendly and TATA seems to be getting it right.
Areas of improvement power at lower end needs to be better, needs a better PR campaign, it has a bad name despite being a good car.
