Absolutely true I got my ford figo after three year I am getting lot of issues. Even getting the extended fourth year warranty they are cheating (Chennai ford). with the conditions. Never ever buy US vehicles. especially ford.
Areas of improvement
Service (chennai ford) very poor service engineers not friendly, until u get the car they treat you like king, once u take it to service they treat you like slave. never buy ford car. ford is fraud. The mileage drops after few years or few thousand kilometers. The service quality is very poor. AFter my third years getting lots of problems, like which i have to get after one lac kilometers i am getting it in 60,000 thousand kilometers itself, when i ask they are saying because of my driving style.
