After Sales service is Bad

Exterior Looks good -- gives a eye view while going on Road.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The dassaling Dash board color looks great - Also the inbuilt music system adds to the Car.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox For me FIGO Petrol - is a satisfactory car but not so good the reasons are - Fuel economy is Bad where i get 11 KMPL without A/C where i guess when i compare to other company cars they are getting around 14 KMPL.

Ride Quality & Handling Some time there was a problem to the pick up on the Top gears where the Car was not upto the speed. Also Ground clearence is too bad, I had this problem when I cross over a speed breaker.

Final Words Overall the Mileage should be a aspect when we buy FIGO Petrol - one should consider that before buying.  Regarding Service after Sales - I had Bad experience in hyderabad service center where the fuel was missing at the time of delivery of the car. Also The problems which i mentioned were not cleared.

Areas of improvement AFTER SALES SERVICE SHOULD IMPROVE BY CONSIDERING THE COUSTMER SATISFACTION REGARDING THE VEHICLE.

Good Style and FeaturesBad Fuel Economy I am getting 11 KMPL withOUT A/C for petrol vehicle i guess this is very less.
