Exterior Good looks from the front, however back end needs better styling.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Features are good and VFM. AC is great & Music system is amazing.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox After driving 12,000 Kms, Engine gets noisy and vibrates on long drives. Fuel economy since day 1 has been pathetic giving an average of 8-9Kms in city driving with AC, once when the ABS stopped working for some time the mileage in the city went up to 11Km. However on Mum-Ahmd trip it did 15Kms when the car had completed 9000 Kms driving. The car has a slow pick up and when on a highway it feels you are crawling untill u pass 60-70 Km speed, then it really picks up but does not cross 110-120 Km speed barrier even if u have held the acceralator down for more than 1 minute. The most funny part is it does not climb on an incline even in 2nd gear, you have to come into the 1st gear and only then does it respond even basic city flyovers cannot be climbed at low speeds of 20-30km in 2nd gear. The engine cooling Fan gives trouble and makes a lot of noise as it is used as a two-in-one component. 

Ride Quality & Handling True to Ford style ride quality and handling are good, negotiating turns at high speed is not a problem. I switched from an M.Alto to a Figo and believed i landed in heaven when it comes to dirving experience.

Final Words Its a Value for Money Car for features provided, however the value stops when Fuel economy pops up, which people realise only after buying one. The Petrol it consumes is to die for, good for weekend family travels in and around the city. NOT IDEAL FOR DAILY USE unless petrol is not a problem.

Areas of improvement Service Centres are few and hence they dont care about customers. Complaints given are shrugged off and excuses provided every time. No real check is done to ensure that the complaints are rectified. Just the rountine things are handled.
