Ford should stop short changing Figo customers

I bought a Ford Figo Titanium petrol model a week ago from the only dealer in Trivandrum, Kerala. I bought a petrol version as I don't drive much daily and my long trips (about 1000 kms) are once in two months. I have just come back from a long trip of around 800 kms  and could get just about 10 kms per litre! Also I realised too late that even the Titanium model doesn't have fog lamps in the front! When I contacted the dealer he said I would have to pay another Rs. 4000/ for them! I searched in the Ford India webpage and they have clearly mentioned that fog lamps are standard in the Titanium model. Now I am planning to file a case against Ford in the consumer court  for wrongful advertising and cheating of customers. Those of you who have Titanium models do you have fog lamps?
