      Well, figo was certainly not my first choice. I bought it because my father fell at it in first sight. But after buying, I certainly feel that I would havebeen wrong if I had gone for something else. I shortlisted just two cars, Ford Figo 1.2 titanium, Maruti Suzuki Ritz Zxi. The i10 was out of my consideration because of its awful looks. One of my friends owning i10 gets and awful fuel economy of 10kmpl. I never thought of Chevy Beat because its too crampy and for the same reason swift was also out of consideration as its rear space is less than figo or ritz. Coming back to ritz, it has everything that maruti swift has. Just two things which lack here is the automatic climate control system and the sporty builtup. Height of ritz is more which makes it difficult to make turns at high speed. Plus ritz zxi has music system which swift zxi does not have.

      Exterior It is very smartly built and very strong and heavy. It does not have the funky looks like the Beat but its very practical. very nice head lamps, rear lights and its position is smartly done.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Coming to interior, the coral dashboard(the red dashboard, which is ofcourse optional) is unbearable. Better have the black one. The air condioner is supercool and you don’t need to move the fan switch beyond 2 else it will freeze. music system is awesome which we do not expect from a factory fitted system. Great sound quality and bass effect, very good radio and bluetooth system is very cool. You do not feel the need of steering adjustment as it suits the need of everyone, but for some extraordinary persons with tall height, unique physique may miss it.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Talking about the engine, its very good. Some say that what power a 71bhp engine will produce? Believe me, I also thought the same but I bought Figo for its features, space and comfort, not for its engine. But after about 400 kms of driving, suddenly I felt as if I am driving a swift or ritz. I just cannot understand where the power was hidden till now? It has enormous power. Its is not like the ritz or swift which say 85ps on paper but does not deliver. Figo will deliver every bit of its power on road. Just one thing, the acceleration will drop considerably with a/c on.

      Fuel economy is not outstanding but okay. For first 200 km I got about 11kmpl and afterwards I am getting over 12.5kmpl. Let me tell you that these figures are completely of city driving with occasionally a/c on. I still expect it to increase further.

      Ride Quality & Handling Coming to its ride, its awesome. Just get behind the wheel and you will notice that the hood his visible to you along with a clear view of road. How amazing is this!!! Steering is very good but little heavy. But that does not compromises with its handling. You just cannot feel you are going at 120kmph+ as it is so comfortable and stable, gripping the road like anything. The handling bang on target. Gearbox is awesome. Use it for few days and your wish for automatic transmission will die off.

      Just sit at the rear seat and you will feel like sitting in a sedan. seats are comfortable. But you will certainly miss the power window here. Its not for the sake of showing laziness in rolling your hands, but some of the security and anti-theft devices work on power windows. Windows rolling only 60% is not at all a problem.

      Final Words At the end, we can say its worth every rupee you spend. You will sell it easily once you buy it.

      Areas of improvement The only area of improvement is the rear power window and slightly better fuel economy. Don’t feel that the petrol engine is underpowered. It has ample power, which comes out after some distance of driving.

      Space, looks, handling, ge arbox, engine, audio system, bootspace, DTEfuel economy( not bad but certainly less than marutis), rear power windows.

      Exterior I like the style and the shape, people compare it with the old fusion. But I feel its lot changed and made more stylish. (my daughter has named it "Black FIYA").

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Best in it class ( more than what you expect in a hatch) arm rest while driving is neatly curved to give absolute comfort. AC is so powerful that I have to swith it off in less than 10 minutes. The cabin gets so chilled. legspace is friendly and comfortable. Power windows at the rear, Tilt Steering, remote for CD player, and wiper and high beam switch placement would have made the absolute perfect car for me. I wouldnt mind paying more for this but it wuould really make difference.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox  Its just been 3 days i have been driving ( 300 Kms ) but the engine is too responsive and overtaking is piece of cake. traffic seems to be no sweat with its handling speed (it picks up only by leaving the clutch a bit ) lot comfortable.

      Ride Quality & Handling Rock steady @ 140 KMPH, no noise atalll (even if its diesel) and to my surpirse I couldnt believe that I reaced 120 KPMH untill I looked at the speedometer. Amazing. (may be its new and that the reason for smoothness. but so far so good).

      Final Words REally good car. Will nover regret spending money on this beauty.

      Areas of improvement Rear power windows, remote for CD player, tilt steering, Sun roof will really make me the happiest person on earth.

      Exterior Road Visibility is good very balanced in Highway. Breaking is also good.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Best in class Builtin Audio system by Ford compared to other Cars in this Segment, Comfortable 5 people sitting, Excellent A/C Chills in 10 sec, No rear head rests. tall ppl will feel uncomfortable in rear seat, Boot Space is Huge... good enough for a family to carry their luggage. 284lts.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Silent Petrol Engine, you doesnt even feel like it is on or off, Gear shift is good, but less fuel efficient petrol engine compared to other cars in this segment.

      Ride Quality & Handling We travelled for 2500 KM i.e. from Kakinada --> Hyd--> mantralayam--> mahanandi--> srisailam--> kakinada.. Fuel economy is 14kmpl, 5 people travelled with out discomfort.

      Final Words Opt for Diesel version, if you drive more... other wise it is very good car compare to all other cars in this segment.

      Areas of improvement Fuel efficient petrol engine, Rear window full open provision, foglights provision atleast in highend.

      Exterior Front end looks great. overall styling is not very aggressive, but looks good.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Spacious interiors. no power window option on the rear even on top end models. front seats a bit narrow for well built persons. good visibility for driving. good driving position. Aircon works well, but fan noisy at high speeds.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Diesel engine is torquey above 1800 rpm. Turbo lag-decent power on most roads except on stop and go traffic in steep inclines, when the engine can stall easily if not reved to bring RPM higher. some calculated gear shifts and use of clutch might become necessary in such situations especially on ghat roads to hill stations. Reasonably good fuel economy ranging from 15-19km/l. Very good precise gear shift. clutch could  have been lighter.

      Ride Quality & Handling Excellent handling at all speeds. steering is bit on the heavy side at low speeds and parking.

      Final Words A GOOD ALL ROUND SAFE AND AFFORDABLE HATCH. HAVING DRIVEN MORE THAN 32000KM, I ENJOY DRIVING IT.

      Areas of improvement LOW GROUND CLEARANCE. NVH-INSULATION CAN BE IMPROVED, POWER WINDOWS ON REAR AND DRIVING LAMPS, TILTABLE STEERING SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN TITANIUM MODELS.

      Final Words I brought this car on 15th sep. from SC ford mumbai, Rear defogger, active rc, smart car, good mileage, strass less handaling. The dealerbship was too bad No Octary certyifor mumbai registration. and ZERO Fuel was provided during the delevary. I dont want to say about the car , because that review is given by every one, its an all in one car. The unexpected happens when u go for the delevary of the car, because,

      1)No Octary Certificate is provided till now.

      2)5 Liters fuel coupon was not provided which all the deilers provide so that the user can move to his/her home easily.

      3)the car was not even containing fuel so that it can move to the nearist petrol pump.

      AND we have to buy the petrol from the dealer it self.

      4)all the promises given by the dealer were denied.

      Ford Figo being a great car DOES NOT guarantees you good dealership experience (is horrible).

      I bought my Figo from DELHI FORD (Near Bhikhaji Cama Place/Vasant Kung). DELHI FORD is the biggest CHEATER you can come across in the Delhi market. They tried cheating me on every aspect.

      1. First of all they took Rs 5000 extra for the car registration. When I was supposed to pay only Rs 36,000 (for UP registration) they charged me Rs 41,000. When asked why they have done so they told I was informed before hand, which was not the case.

      2. They gave promised insurance for Rs 16,000 however on the delivery date they handed over me insurance for Rs 13,000. This was later changed with the insurance when I checked my documents, which was supposed to be given. The benefit of Rs 3000 could have been passed to the customer but they did not.

      3. They gave me a temporary registration which was illegal not valid for the first two days when the car was on the ROAD.

      4. On the loan document they promised a loan at 11.75% however in the final document has the interest rate was charged at 12%. Also, they will ask you to sign blank documents but PLEASE don’t get into their trap.

      Also, the sales staff misbehaved lot of times after I had booked the car. They don’t have the basic courtesy to deal with their customers

      Beware of DELHI FORD. I would highly recommend you not to buy your car from them. BIG CHEATERS - DELHI FORD. It is better to wait for your car from some time then to buy from DELHI FORD.

      Exterior Excellent finish and aesthetic view

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space is quite awesome,features like the BT enabled system is excellent while driving and the comfort on the legroom space for the driver and the passenger were quite good, Space for the passenger in figo is better of that swift for sure and post my test drive of santro space in figo seems light years ahead. You dont feel if you are driving on indian road when in figo as it utterly disregards any bad roads which are a lot in chennai now. while in other cars you are also comfortable but these cars do make you aware of any bad roads. But figo takes it on with you thinking over, if you are on same roads only!

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Excellent performance, could be able to drive 18kmpl in highway and 15kmpl in city.

      Ride Quality & Handling I was not aware but now I know for sure there is a difference in ride quality of indian / japanese and us / europeon vehicles. indian / japanese cars are made to address "many" objectives due to customer mind set, but us / european cars primary objective is "customer" and you can feel dat in figo.. handling and ride quality is amazing. On ride quality figo certainly scores notches high over the others.. sit in a figo and then in otherson the same bad road and you will clearly feel it.

      Final Words Excellent car to choose in Diesel variants.

      Areas of improvement Interiors-plastic finish

      Dealerships- Not customer centric, money minded guys.

      Need to improve a lot when compared to the Maruti and Hyundai.

      Exterior Looks are good and Nice style and worth having this as a higher end car in lower end models.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Spacious, wonderful kenwood music system, nice driving experience. The surround system inside the car is very addictive and when driving for long hours it is very nice.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Feel like flying with good control over it and with long hours it is not that much worth. Gearbox those who prefer smooth never buy this. It is pretty hard and once precticed it is great.

      Ride Quality & Handling Peaceful and handling is so simple. I have learnt and driving owing this car as new and it seems still wonderful to me.

      Final Words Best car to buy and had great car driving experience. Easy and smooth to handle.

      Areas of improvement If mileage is increased it is the nicest lower end cars with very good value for money. Travelled more than 3000 kilometers but first problem faced is suspension.

      Exterior It looks seriously very catchy. When I go for a long ddrive and stop at any dhaba e.t.c my eyes are only stay at her and others tooo.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) It is quite spacious as hatcback legroom iz really large and very much comfortable you will feel very much comfortable.the feaures  are really excellent.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Its engine power is very good , gearbox is very good and smooth but fuel economy is good intially there will be a problem with its milege but as the days go its perfomance and milege gets better and better.

      Ride Quality & Handling Its ride quality is very good, handling is superb it goes as you want it to go. the only problem is with its ground clearence. for the indian bumpers it is not good.

      Areas of improvement Its ground clearence amd the milege should be improved but allover this car is superb and excellent. driving figo gives a royal feeling.

      Exterior Initally i don't like the style as it was looking very tiny. but when you park it near to any hatchback you will notice the size of the car will be really big than it appear.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good space , even a 6 feet tall guy like me could drive this car with out any difficulty.i took it for 14 hours long journy and didn't feel tired.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is bit noisy when you start, but it will become smooth after reaching 60.

      Ride Quality & Handling You can handle this car like a toy. believe it, I took this car from chennai to coimbatore when i was learning car driving.

      Final Words Worth buying it.

      Areas of improvement Many guys are saying like ground clearance is bad. But I didn't face any ground clearnce problem even running over the tall speed breaks. I think, if you just love your car verymuch you will never come in this problem as you will drive it carefully.
