Long drives are always fun and exciting. It gives you the sense of freedom and is filled with positive vibes. But this feeling could change within few minutes in case of an emergency.

There are classic car collectors and then theres this guy. At the age of 17, he was homeless and today, he owns one of the sweetest collections of classic BMWs on the planet. Nestled in a secret warehouse in Southern California, his collection consists of 45 cars, including the super-rare 700 RS - only two of these cars were ever made.

Its a given thing that practical or affordable cars are commended the most; however, cars that dont make much sense are the ones that surprise you the most, and the bonkers Range Rover Sport SVR appears to be one of those cars.

British award-winning actor Idris Elba is much more than dialogues and the silver screen. He is also a keen racer. His attempts at racing has ended in him breaking an 88-year-old UK land speed record for the Flying Mile formerly set by the illustrious Sir Malcolm Campbell in 1927.

Footballers and fast cars dont quite go hand in hand, as we have seen in the past. Take Cristiano Ronaldos Ferrari 599 wreck for instance, or the recent crash involving a 15-year old Russian footballer and a shiny new Aston Martin DB9. And more often than not its the vehicle that has to bear the brunt of an adrenaline-fuelled athletes desire for speed, as seen in this recent video from Russia.

Ah, the Ferrari Testarossa. Has there ever been a Ferrari range more iconic? Yes, the Mondial and the 308s are an absolute collectors item and the 250 GTOs from the 1960s top even that. But the Testarossa is among Ferraris most sought-after V12 models, so to find not one but two well-kept examples heading for the auction house is remarkable indeed.

Little did he know back then that there would be a person like me in 2015 A.D. who would be a complete foodie regardless of the growth of his tummy. Also, Honda didn't know that I would consider myself to be a hypocrite if I would have told them that I was joining the Drive to Discover 5 just for the Honda Mobilio. On the fifth edition of Hondas Drive to Discover this year, the Mobilio took us to many places around South India and we ate at most of them. Apart from exploring South India and making the MPV pose at scenic locations, we tasted and experimented with many different delicacies from that region. The eateries ranged from old (South Indian and Tibetan) to new (dessert/bakeries). Some were very expensive while some were reasonably priced places. We choose five of the top delicacies that were downright good and worth a mention here.

Honda has been arranging the Drive to Discover event for a couple of years now. The previous iterations included their Brio and Amaze, but this year, for the fifth edition of their event they chose their latest entrant to the MPV segment - the Mobilio. So while we drove the Honda Mobilio across some parts of the Indian peninsular region in the south of India, this road trip through the misty trails in the region left us with good memories. I can now relate to my friend who had said that being in Southern India is like being on a different planet. The beautiful locations served as a scenic backdrop for the MPV to pose. The roads that we took, be it the national highway or the state highways, the long straight driveways, the broken village roads, the several hairpin bends on the hill highways to the adventurous roads in the tiger reserves, every path led us to many exotic locations on the way.
