Hyundai Tucson 4WD GLS – Rs. 25.74 lacs – 182bhp & 400Nm

Surprise, surprise, the Hyundai Tucson is the odd entry in this group. In top of the line 4WD trim, the 1995cc diesel engine makes a super impressive 182bhp and a very meaty 400Nm of torque which makes the Tucson the second most powerful car in this list. Also at Rs. 25.74 lakh, it also offers the most performance for your buck. 

Toyota Fortuner 4x4 AT – Rs. 32.48 lacs – 174bhp & 450Nm

The Toyota Fortuner has been the most popular SUV, north of 30 lakh rupees and not without a reason. The new Fortuner in top the line 4x4 AT trim makes 174bhp which is a little far off from the top of the heap Endeavour, but what it lacks in hp it makes up with torque and with 450Nm available, it’s second only to the Endeavour.
