Buying experience was great.The staff was courteous and very helpful.They explained in detail all the variants and their respective features with their usefulness and importance of each one.

I have purchased a new Kia Carens petrol variant and after a month I got it first serviced. I did not like the service provided by Kia company because before the first service, the clutch of my car was very smooth and good but after the service, the feeling was not the same as before.

Good experience and the best seven-seater car. Fuel economy and comfortable interior. Best road present. Good looking and also has a huge space with boot space. Gearbox and break, clutch paddles are soft and easy to use.

I was surprised to see this wonderful, design from KIA. was amazed at the driving experience, and very comfortable and relaxed interiors. The look is amazing, with digital features and the indoor comforts were good. The outside look is brilliant. In size it's comfortable.

It's one of the best car I have ever used. It looks amazing from interior as well as exterior. I have best comfort seat and space is also enough. It is best under this price segment.

1. Booked 7 DCT 1.5T Petrol Prestige Plus (O) recently (11-April 20024) and overall experience is great. Sales guys are pretty knowledgeable and able to satisfy all the queries. 2. Driven this DCT version and its peppy, quick, stable, silent cabin (no engine noise or vibrations etc.), no lagging of power when need to pick it up after stand still at stop signals or transitioning from slow to medium to high speed. Clearly felt turbo engine prowess. By the way, we are 4 guys (adults) inside car during driving. 3. This is surely not a competition to MPV segment like Ertiga, XL6, etc., it has its own league way above the rest in competition. Carens is RV (Recreational Vehicle). Cabin is awesome and futuristic, ergonomically placed all features. Seating positioning particularly third row seat and its comfort and over all ride quality is awesome. Road Presence is fantastic, surely a head turner. Vehicle appears small from outside, but cabin space generated inside is felt really big and comfortable for a 7 seater vehicle. Pros: Overall Value for Money Cons: 360 Deg Parking Camera, Rear Camera on OVRM (Co-Driver side) for changing lanes, Hybrid Engine and CNG option (may be) for Taxi Segment mindset.

Didn't find any difficulty in buying, good driving experience. Good looks, can be more good looking. have not found any difficulty in service concerning the company service center and maintenance is also not too difficult.

The buying experience was not satisfying at the dealership ASB Kia. The driving experience is great have to be more careful if you are switching from sub 4 meters to MUV. Great looks comfortable seats even at the last row. C-type charging sockets for all passengers with AC vents, all seats are recliners. Silent and refined engine. The second service is yet to be done I will be able to share my service view. I have prestige optional. The only cons at this moment is Cruise control in this model. Kis carens what a car.. recently purchased petrol NA1.5 prestige optional..this big cat has everything to accommodate individual needs plus family needs.. Android Auto Push button start DRL New smart key Rear parking camera, front sensor, hill assist, downhill assist( really gives confidence while driving on hills) traction control. Loaded with safety features Plus boot space is enough if we Carry things for travelling in duffle bags(6-7). I really manage lot of luggage. ( Only disadvantage is that you will have lower ground clearance if you load car more in bad road it might touch your car. Plus easy of driving car.. in fact, I have shifted from small car to this and it's really amazing to drive in a tight space also. some negatives Headlight is very basic not led Tyres 15inches Rear wiper missing Auto folder orvm not available Car Average as it big cat 10-11 km/l city ride..is good but it will give a dent in your pocket.. that's why don't go for higher variants saved money for petrol. The door not closed in the first place.. we have to properly close it at 2nd time. Speaker avg I have changed the headlights, installed mats, I think it's a perfect family car for the city and highways plus hill also with safety features.. not for off-roading. Now will tell you about tested mileage fully loaded with the light foot: City mileage bumper to bumper is around 8 to 10 km/l, then on the highway, it's around 14 to 16 km/ls, up hill drive, is around 7 km/l, up and downhill it will give 12kmpls Add 2kmpls if you driving with 1-2 persons in car.
