Buying experience was great.The staff was courteous and very helpful.They explained in detail all the variants and their respective features with their usefulness and importance of each one.

My model is not mentioned here which was released for a short period of like 2 months but it is the best value for money in the luxury models. We have the Luxury (O). has all the features of luxury including the sunroof and the premium interiors but does not have the fancy features such as ventilated seats, automatic rain sensing wipers, and gear shifter pedals but these are rarely used. if you have the potion then you can go for this model. overall as a car, I would recommend this car for a big family as the back rows even a nearly 5'10 to 6 feet person can sit comfortably. Would recommend it to buyers. just a few things that could be better are, Alloys could be a bit larger like 18-20 inches and the mileage could also be better but it's also fine. the lack of the big wheels also makes sense as the big wheels would make the car taller and make it wobbly at high speeds but the 16-inch wheels make the car very stable at high speeds. it is very comfortable at high speeds like 100-120+ you will not understand if it is going that fast if it is kept in cruise control it will feel like 90kmph while it is going 120. One more thing I noticed on my carens is that the pain quality is very thin and may chip off if a pebble hit the car at low speeds which had happened in our car near the bumper and the bonnet. Except for all the issues, it is an overall great purchase. Thank you.

A car that makes me feel busty ☺️ and enjoy while driving provides me that much enough comfort and many features at attracting affordable price that makes me feel surprised from every part of my body honestly I tell you that I love it from first sight what a great looks and design is given that feels me feel very premium and heaven.

Overall an excellent experience with this car. Comfortable to drive with low maintenance. The Interior of the car is excellent with a big infotainment system with premium option varient.

Easy to drive, comfortable, good performance, not too costly to maintain, Love the looks of the car but not DRL on midrange trims, fuel economy is good, seating capacity is also good, but tyres should have been 16 inches, I love the design and colour of the car and should have given LED headlight setup in that price range.

I have purchased a new Kia Carens petrol variant and after a month I got it first serviced. I did not like the service provided by Kia company because before the first service, the clutch of my car was very smooth and good but after the service, the feeling was not the same as before.

Didn't find any difficulty in buying, good driving experience. Good looks, can be more good looking. have not found any difficulty in service concerning the company service center and maintenance is also not too difficult.

The buying experience was not satisfying at the dealership ASB Kia. The driving experience is great have to be more careful if you are switching from sub 4 meters to MUV. Great looks comfortable seats even at the last row. C-type charging sockets for all passengers with AC vents, all seats are recliners. Silent and refined engine. The second service is yet to be done I will be able to share my service view. I have prestige optional. The only cons at this moment is Cruise control in this model. I was surprised to see this wonderful, design from KIA. was amazed at the driving experience, and very comfortable and relaxed interiors. The look is amazing, with digital features and the indoor comforts were good. The outside look is brilliant. In size it's comfortable.
