Exterior: Is wonderful and was the driving factor for me to buy this SUV
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort): It is spacious
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox: Some time engine suddenly stops and then it takes some time to starts. This is really unsafe and could lead to accident especially at the crossing if engine stops. I got scared and now always remain carefull. I can foresee when engine is going to stops as first AC & Music system stops working and then engine stops. Whenever this happens then I try quickly to stop the car . Had been to servise center bu there were no solution. They just said that it copuld be due to driving problem but I am sure this is not the case. This is becuase many times I was driving at 2nd gear and then also it has happen.
Ride Quality & Handling: OK
Final Words
Not a car which one can drive comfortably when compared to Honda City or Santro

Brakes & Engine should not stops suddenly

Also In one City You should give dealer ship to different companies. Because of this monopoly Dealers are not customer friendly as they know we do not have any other option. I purchased my vehicle from Bangalore and I had Very bad experience during my renewal of Insurance. That dealer will give cashless facility only if I renew the insurance through that dealer. Their insurance marketing Team has promised me Bumper to Bumper and finally they provided Regular policy. I personally asked for Bumper to Bumper and they quoted me an amount and I paid the same. As I did not cross check with insurance company for long time and recently I got to know that my Policy is not bumper to bumper. When I Raised this concern they replied back saying premium amount that I paid was for regular policy, upon that I asked them to cross check the telephonic conversation happened between me and the executive. Finally they lifted their hand saying that call record has been deleted.I dont work for any insurance company to know what would be the premium amount for different policies As a customer I Asked for bumper to bumper and they should have quotated me the premium amout for that instead of doing this blunder.
Same Issue I raised with Renault customer Care and even they did not give a proper update on that. If this continues as People will opt for different vehicle with good customer care services.

Please refer to the attached mail to get a brief about the whole issue that we are facing. We purchased the Duster keeping in mind the superior performance and service that is provided by Renault (a French-European brand). But I am extremely sorry to say that your dealing of my issue puts Renault and your organization in very bad light.
The brief reply by Renault Customer service team makes it amply clear that there is no intent from your end to try and realize that the whole issue happened due to a technical glitch in the car. There was never a warning light as has been emphasized by me time and again. A vehicle in the price variant of duster needs to show the warning light to show that there is some issue with the engine on other Parts. Also as stated by me, it was clearly told to the Service Centre representative to service the car when it had gone for accidental repairs. Then why has it not been done? What is the use of getting Systematic SMS when my request for servicing was not honored? I would also point out that the service center has given a response that the second service wasn't carried out on time & this resulted in the engine failure. Your garage was closed for three months due to an issue with the port trust where in the service center shifted from the Port Trust Area due to some eviction issues and we were repeatedly told that the issue will get solved in 2 months and it took close to 3 months to get sorted out. Stop Cheating customers.
