Exterior
To me Tucson has the best from all Hyundai vehicles, including Santa fe. All those headlight components in the front and rear make it a head turner. Just love it.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Suspension is very good and the little ups and downs on the road are gobbled up nicely. All features are tuned towards practicality. Sensors in the front and rear makes ones life easy.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
I have driven it only for 200kms so far and mostly in normal drive mode within city not going beyond 70kmph. So far so good. Enough punch to pick up from stand still at traffic signals. Economy seems to be at 15kmpl. Hyundai has done a pretty good job with this gearbox tuning it for linear acceleration.
Ride Quality & Handling
Didn't get this beauty in to bumpy roads yet. But with the little experience so far, it seems promising for a very pleasant ride quality.
Final Words
It is big enough with a powerful engine and a above average transmission. Security is at par with all the big guys (Q3, X1 etc.,) and the interiors are practical with premium feel. I considered the Q3 and X1's. But will need to shell out another 10lk to get the best from the big guys. With ~30lk OTR, definitely VFM. And please do not compare this with Creta or even the XUV's and Innova's. This is in a league of its own and definitely worth the 30lk spend. Again, that's the opinion of a new owner and a very personal one. And btw, I am upgrading from 2010 I20 Petrol M/T.
Areas of improvement
Panaromic sunroof, ventilated seats, auto up/down on all seats, passenger seat height adjustment would do wonders. But I suppose those are for the next level variants that are yet to come.

Exterior
Tucson has the better look than other vehicles from Hyundai including Santa Fe. I could see people seeing it while driving
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Interiors are good with leather upholstery, leg space, foldable back seats, good boot space, mirrors, dashboards, adjustable driver seats, adjustable steering wheels, suspension, infotainment system
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy, and Gearbox
I have driven it for 1750 km both in highway and city, uphill, downhill enjoyed driving up to 140kms/hour speed. Could not use cruise control much. The economy seems to be at 13.5kmpl. Very good pickup, easy driving, and vehicle control
Ride Quality & Handling
Had a comfortable drive in highways, uphills and drive hills and curvy, hairpin curves and rough roads. Excellent experience
Final Words
The engine is just enough to give enough power to drive on Indian roads. safety fittings are good. Featurewise better than many other international models whose base price starts from the on road price of Tucson. It has international styling. Not worth going for other brands like Audi BMW entry levels which do not provide the features given in Tucson.
Areas of improvement
Sunroof, Heating seats, 10 way adjustable all seats, back seat mounted built-in TVs, seat massaging, vibration systems, 360-degree exterior view while reverse parking, distance display of blocking objects while parking.
Good style, tough look, lengthyMileage, the front passenger seat should be 10 ways adjustable and others passenger seats hight adjइक्सटीरियर/स्टाइल्स
