Thou Shall Never Perish.... :)

 

Exterior Good exteriors, looks genuinely like a car (unlike Beat which gives you a feeling of fist), simple not so flashy but elegant. What more can you expect from it except when you see it, it gives you a sense of satisfaction.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Features wise, i guess they have given as much buttons, switch, terminals as much a driver can handle. I have figo audio system, and believe me, its awesome and I would recommend you to go for it. Usually I connect my ipod or usb with this and bambbb!!!. you can acctually feel each and every beat from the side door even the volume is around 7. Apart from it DTE is pretty accurate and helps you to plan you filling comfortablely. With such a powerful ac, I think I need not to say much, its good that you go and experience it by yourself. I am working in Delhi but my parents resides in Lucknow. During Diwali vacation I with my 4 friends (their parent also live in lucnow) and atleast one medium size luggage of each used figo to drive down to lucknow and believe me no one feeling a bit tired (though we took a break every 1.5 hrs for smoke :P).

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I guess I am pretty much satisifed by the engine performace. Already done with my first free service and engince is butter smooth. Before the service it was giving me 16 kmpl but after service it is giving me 18kmpl and that to in the city. Gearbox is good and small gear shift is very comfortable to lazy guy like me who doesn't like to move his arms so much. :p

Ride Quality & Handling OOOhh I love to drive my car....with a good drive and handling, it gives you a sense of safety while driving. I think I did something wrong, buts its fun to quote here. While driving down to lucknow, we took the yammuna expressway and believe me I don't regret a penny at tollbooth paying the toll. I drove my car at 170 kmph and by god it was sooo smooth which made me feel like I am on butter (which is melting slowly and is moving in a inclined plane) . Ohhh god and figo audio system on top was like cherry on cake (I know it was dangerous but could not control my adrenline.:))

Final Words A true value for money and I guess in that price range I could ask for that what is offered by ford. Although I had considered and took testdrive Beat, Swift and Ritz but eventually narrowed it to figo and I am happy with my selection.

Areas of improvement Though Earlier I thought that Low GC is a con for figo but latter I realized, it is not that low and I you drive carefully you will easily cross most of the speed breaker. And also this give car more stability while driving and taking sharp turns.

 

Fuel Economy, Driving and Riding comfort, HandlingI don't thing (i guess Low GC can be considered)
