A car brand should understand their responsibility doesnt end at selling a car to the consumer, they even have to be equally pro active in providing after sales service, Ford definitely has the worst after sales service amongst all car brands and I am suffering for 1 and half months for their service centres inadequate knowledge about their own cars, I had taken my car to bhavna ford service centre on 6th september and havent got my car back yet, there was some gear oil leakage when they had examined and there is a heating problem in the car which they took more than a month to detect and they have not yet resolved it in the past one and half months, and the company is not responsive to emails, none of them have the courtesy to reply and the owner of Bhavna ford has a fake email id on their website, the emails never go through, the company doesnt even have the courtesy to provide an alternate vehicle of transport and its making its cosumers suffer, I repent the decision about buying a Ford Figo and I wish I had known about their behaviour and inefficient service centres earlier.
