Exterior exterior is good, Design is good I LIKED the sleek design but when in crowd the car feels like a small car due to low height and sleek design. As a hatchback too, every one is interested in buying a car which is bulky or big in appearance (not sure, its my view), if so then figo is not ur choice
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space and AC is excellent where no car can beat this. Seating is also good. nothing more than that.
BAD SUSPENSION SUCKS EVERYTHING. FEELS EVERY PATHHOLES OR BUMBS EVEN SMALL OR BIG INTO THE CAR, RESULTED IN BODY TIREDNESS EVEN FOR A SHORT TRIP IN BAD ROADS. MY BROTHER'S NISSAN MICRA AND MY COUSIN/FRIEND'S PUNTO /POLO IS FLYING OVER THE PATHHOLES WHERE THEY ARE NOT READY TO REDUCE THE SPEED BECAUSE OF THE SUSPENSION SUITED FOR INDIAN ROAD, NOTHING FELT INSIDE.. BUT MY FATE IS I SHOULD REDUCE THE SPEED OF MY CAR AND WATCH FULLY THE BAD ROADS TO ESCAPE FROM PATHHOLES/BUMBS (also have a chance to scratch the bottom when fully loaded) EVEN THEN MY FAMILIES ARE SHOUTING BECAUSE OF TERRIBLE SUSPENSION. time delay and body tiredness is the result.
If five persons in figo the suspension presses down its maximum and doesn't feel that suspension is working atleast 20%.
Its a gem in highway trips with no bad roads. i am from kerala where there are lot of bad roads so i started thinking why i bought this car as many of them complaining the abbout bad suspension. checked with ASC but no issues traced with suspension.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox No turbo lag, power is also good, but when Ac on, the acceleration felt like that we are driving a heavy metal. So i am enjoying my drive mostly without AC
Engine noise is audibble so cant enjoy full beat of music, we will stop the music after a while as the car noise along with music give a allergic sound effect. but engine noise will get reduce for a long drives.
Brake is pathetic (not ABS), If car is running with a full family and at a speed of 80 or 90 sudden brake will not stop the car, escaped two times because of bad braking after that adjusted my speed and timing for applying brakes. checked punto/polo brakes, it just works as a ABS, only a finger is enough to stop the car at high speed. So we can try some adventurous drive on those cars but not in figo
Ride Quality & Handling Ride Quality and handling is excellant, Road visibility is nice so no fear feel in traffic or hilly roads. Car is steady at high Speed. no vibration or body roll and get lot of confidence on high speed or curves.
Final Words Quality and durability is a question mark here.
Areas of improvement LOTS: SUSPENSION, BRAKES, ENGINE NOISE, GROUND CLEARANCE, LIGHT IS NOT SUFFICIENT AT NIGHT.

I from hyderabad and have a 2014 Ford ZXI Diesel. I am very Happy with it. It's a family car, it has very good ac and music system. The mileage is around 18 - 19 km. And the car can easily go 110 kmph.
But the only thing I wish in this car is a 75 - 90bhp variants. Because of not that good pickup some time you feel like you dont have enough power. Due to this you need to have frequent gear shifts in city. If you keep the above con aside or you dont feel its a problem, figo is best option for you.
I had Scorpio 2005 model before. It was not suitable for daily commute to office. So I bought Figo. Might be my experience in Scorpio makes me feel like that 😝
Exterior Better than Indica but not that good as I20.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Great space, music, ac. Simple control systems.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is good NOT GREAT - LIKE WOW. I have an average of 19 kmpl, I drive city outskirts normally. The shifting of gears is very smooth.
Ride Quality & Handling I am very very happy with ride quality and handling.
Final Words You cannot get a good car at this price. Swift are like autos here and there and Indica has got a name tag as TAXI. These 2 were in my list 😉.
Areas of improvement Engine, get an engine which feel like I have power when I press accelerator.

Exterior The outside look of the car is excellent. If you look it from the front you shall recognise it as the queen of the city. The rear light of the car is very big and yet stylish than the other cars. The tyres width is so big that you could say that it is the size of a big car, and that is why the grip is also good. And only the door handles should become slightly big in size.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The interior features of the car is fantastic, at this price it is a perfect car than the other to buy. The music system is very stylish which is bordered by a silver colour. The bass and the sound is excellent. The concept of putting the speakers in the door is good. The AC in the car is very powerful, at the speed of 2 it fully chills the car. The space in the car is very good. And because of the engine no vibration disturbs the passengers.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The engine performance is sooooo good. If you take in in a highway you will feel that you are riding on a Mercedes Benz. In the city of daily use I suppose that the diesel is a good choise as it eats so much petrol. But if you take it outside in a weekend the petrol is also good. Gearbox is in the standard level but for in this price it is good.
Ride Quality & Handling The quality of the car when I bought it and still after travelling thousands of kilometer it is in the same condition . Handling is excellemt
Final Words Excellent car.

i have been using the figo now for 3yrs (61000kms). This is my third hatch back and first diesel vehicle. the car immediadetly impressed me with its drivability as i do a lot of highway commuting at high speeds daily.The fuel economy has been consistantly above 20kmspl . On a road trip to Goa recently i got 27kmpl!!!. A lot of people warned me abou the ground clearance while booking the figo but i have not had too much trouble except for a few steep speed breakers. that said i have a few complaints as well. first is the lack of more service centres (has been rectified), the head lamp is pathetic , and there is glare from oncoming vehicles at night - i took this up with ford engineers and they said its common complaint but had no solution . there is alot of engine noise again not something everybody likes.The vehicle has aged well and looks good for another 3 yrs but i would love to checkout the new figo when its launched. All in all a great entry level deisel hatch.

I am writing review for my car for the first time hoping that it might be of help to someone planning to buy a new car.I bought this car in december 2013 and since then have been regulary driving it.my drive is mostly in city.i am getting a mileage of around 16-17 kmpl in city.I am very much satisfied with this car till now.I havent spent any extra amount on my car other then regular servicing.The car is good to drive ,average is quite good and its quite spacious.The music system is really good plus the ac is so strong.Boot space is big enough to accomodate lot of luggage when we go out.The few things which i dont like in this car are the low intensity headlight and the engine noise.The ground clearence is also low for this car.i have heard people complaining about high maintainence cost for ford cars but i dont think so.its maintainence cost is similar to maruti cars,though the spare parts are expensive when you purchase them from fass.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox From the 3rd year or 60000 kms i am spending Rs12000 to Rs.20000 to replace atleast one spare parts in every 6 months, apart from the periodic service cost.
My A/C was not working, it was found that there is a leakage inside and the replacement cost of the same was around Rs.12000/- it happened on the third year. I don’t understand how come a vehicle’s A/C got faulty on the third year. Latter when I checked with some unlucky ford vechile owner I realized that it is common feature across all ford models in third year.
Next time it was my car’s bearing that got faulty and this time I had to shell out Rs.10000/- for replacement of the same.
Next time it was the engine pulley that had to be replaced and I have never ever heard someone had ever replaced engine pulley at 80000 KMS, luckily I had that privilege only because of purchasing a ford car. And this was news to my friends.
This time at 90000-KMS, luckily this time is was not only single part got faulty, it was multiple parts got faulty, and the estimate given by the dealer is around Rs.12000/-
But this time it didn’t changed any parts and it ended up with a break down on my way so I forced to replace the engine fan timing switch cost me around Rs.2400/-. The list continues front wheel bearing, power steering pipe and fluid, and tip in the gear and one more part which I don’t remember now. For these parts I should shell out another Rs.10000 to -12000/-
On 100000 kms servcie the parts to be replaced are "Alternator and "Power steering fluid pump" . Cost for the same is rs.9500/- and 10500/- respectively.
Final Words Dont buy this care, you will feel the heat only after 3rd year.

I bought a new car figo titanium diesel the driver seat comfort is fine i had to learn 4th degree abuses to talk to the service personal , i had this car for 8 months and i had repeated emails send to mr deepak at chennai and always got lame replies i sold this car as i had developed severe pain in my right shoulder and arm . i spend thousands and million hours getting treated with the bloody orthopediac doctors who im afraid know nothing i still suffer the same pain even after 3 yrs of getting rid of the stupid car .i myself a doctor here every day i get the pain im practically abuse every one at ford .
"WORST IS I GET A RECALL OF MY CAR SAYING THE STEERING COLUM HAD A PROBLEM SO NEEDS REPLACEMENT !! AFTER 2 YRS OF BUYING THE CAR"
