Exterior Very good & attractive,feels like big car

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very nice chrome finish in door,a/c ,music system,& gear knob.bluetooth,very comfortable for 5 more boot space and leg room,dash board colour would have been changed to two tone beig colour as i10 but noprbl over all it is good.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Very smooth we did't hear the  sound of engine,but when we are in 2nd gear with 5 people when we slow to speed breakers the pickup is low but no prbl,recntly i went to b'lor from bellary it has given the milage avg 16 to 17 on highways and in city ride 13 amd the gearbox is very smooth.

 

Ride Quality & Handling It is excellent i have purchased figo in 23rd Nov 2010 i have done 2600 km.it is excelent ride quality & control i have tried the speed upto 150 kmph in NICE Road bangalore highway it fantastic while driveing the car there is no vibration in 150kmph or more i have not testd above 150 the car dosnt shake or vibrate and in that speed you have a faith that it can be handled eccelent handling.i have enjoyed a lot while driveing the figo.

 

Final Words I have test drived i10, santro, wagonr, altok10, eeco, ritz, swift, astar, punto, vista and last but one FIGO then I have desided to buy figo becs my budget is 4 to 5 lac finally I have got what i wanted. finaly the figo is value for money for middle class familys like me we want better price,excelent features,better design etc... the FIGO fits the bill.

 

Areas of improvement Stearing tilt adjst,rear power windows and dashboard plastic quality with dual tone colour.

Exterior HEADLIGHT IS DULL BUT OVERALL IT IS GOOD.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) HEADRESTS ARE NOT ADJUSTABLE AND THUS ARE USELESS ; SPACE IS EXCELLENT EVEN ITS BOOT SPACE IS EXCELLENT THAT IT CAN BE COMPARED WITH A SEDAN ; THERE ARE NO POWER WINDOWS EVEN IN THE TITANIUM VERSION. DASH COLOR IS TOO GARISH THAT IT LOOKS VERY BRIGHT. IT IS VERY BAD THING ABOUT IT ; THERE ARE NO ALLOY WHEELS EVEN IN THE TITANIUM VERSION ; IT SHOULD BE AS MORDERN AS RIVALS BUT IT IS NOT.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox PETROL MOTOR LACKS PUNCH ; ENGINE PERFORMANCE IS VERY GOOD ; FUEL ECONOMY IS VERY BAD THAT IS ON HIGHWAY - 15.4 [PETROL] , AND IN CITY IS ONLY 10.9[PETROL] ; DIESEL FUEL ECONOMY IS EXCELLENT.

 

Ride Quality & Handling IT IS VERY GOOD. ESPECIALLY THE TURNING RADIUS IS VERY GOOD IN COMPARISON TO ITS RIVALS.

 

Final Words OVERALL IT IS A VERY GOOD CAR BUT THERE SHOULD BE SOME IMPROVEMENTS.

Exterior Good & simple looking . Hatchback cum sedan look.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very clear , comfort interior, with out any conjetion spacious car. When you step into the car and take the driver seat it feels like you are sitting in a luxury.The features like sudden decelaration warning and automatic volume adjustment for music system and blutooth connectivity are very nice and practical features. The remote central loking in the key itself is good to offer as it is mostly seen in the luxury sedans.The AC is very effective and will be good .The rear leg room is good and even a 6 ft person at the rear seat will not complain in long drives. The boot space is huge and will be enough for over the weekend packed trip for the entire family.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Fuel economy unexpetedly very good & comptetive to other cars i.e Maruti, hundai etc. Gear box very smooth, comfortable, Engine performance is quit good till date.The steering wheel position is good and you may not complain about the lack of tilt and telescope feature.

 

Ride Quality & Handling EXEPTIONAL, TOP CLASS , WITH EASY DRIVING EXPERIENCE.

Exterior QUITE GOOD LOOKS & EXPOSING EXTERIOR MODEL.IT HAS THE SAME SPACE IN INTERIOR AS IT SHOWS FROM EXTERIOR.NOT A BULKY CAR LIKE SWIFT.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) BEST PART ABOUT THE INTERIOR IT IS SPACIOUS & REALLY A COMFART CAR AS COMPER TO i20 N SWIFT. THE MUSIC SYSTEM IS VERY GOOD HAVE ALL EFFECTS OF SOUND.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox ENGINE PERFORMANCE HAS NO DOUBT AS ITS FORD. BUT IS LESS IN FUEL ECONOMY.FOR DIESEL U WILL GET 15-17 KM/LT IN CITY(WITH AC) N NOT MORE THAN 21 ON HIGHWAYS.

 

Ride Quality & Handling I HAD TEST DRIVE OF i20 n  figo I THINK THAT HANDLING IS VERY GOOD FOR FIGO BUT i20 WOULD BE BEST IN PERFORMANCE.

 

Final Words JUST DON'T THINK OF ANY OTHER CAR IF YOU HAVE A BADGET OF 6LAKS FIGO IS THE BEST IN THE HATCH-BACK.

 

Areas of improvement FORD SHOULD MAKE SOME CHANGES IN MODEL SO IT CAN GET REAR POWER WINDOW.

Exterior Look is great!

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) is highly comfortable, more boot space, enough distance between co rider. The USP of the car is its interior space...its amazing. You will get feeling of a sedan sitting inside the FIGO. Its very comfortable at the back. Three adults can easily fit in and travel say around 200 km comfortably at a stretch. Nice features at his price. Instruments are very strategically placed. There is no rear power window but i personally didn't find any use of it. the AC is super cool and the inbuilt music system is quite good. Only there should have been a USB port in the music system.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Fuel economy is a bit of concern. I'll get the true picture only after the first servicing. The steering is very responsive. The engine is powerfull when  the AC is turned off. 0-80 kph is bread and butter. Engine performace is good, smooth gear shift but not economic.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) PLASTIC QUALITY AND SEAT QUALITY COULD HAVE BEEN MADE BETTER.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox GOOD, LITTLE NOISY WHEN BELOW 1500 RPM.

 

Ride Quality & Handling VERY COMFORTABLE RIDING,back view during reverse is little difficult.It needs ti be always on higher rpm for comfort rding,otherwise the nose level is higher.

 

Final Words GOOD VEHICLE TO OWN ESPECIALLY YOU HAVE MORE THAN 2000 KM /MONTH RIDE.The most worry was the after sale support and expense for the same from Ford. Hope they will provide good service, and the service cost willnot be like Ford Ikon.

 

Areas of improvement LITTLE MORE GROUND CLEARNCE,DICKY DOOR LOCKS SEEMS TO BE VERY TIGHT AND ALL DOORS ARE LITTLE HARD FOR OPENING AND CLOSING,THE DOOR LOCKS TO BE MADE LITTLE MORE SOFT.

 

FUAL ECONOMY,RIDING COMFORTINTERIOR PLASTIC QUALITY

 

Exterior When I saw the exterior of the car for the first time, it appeared to be another average product from Ford. But a close look really impressed me and I really fell in love when I saw the figo in black colour. Great curves, good finish.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The car from inside really looks a giant and defies all the pre thoughts that one might have on seeing the outside regarding the space and comfort. The features are really smart and classically fordly, especially the music player that comes with the car. A few words for absence of rear power windows.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox With 1400 cc, the engine is really powerful and converts the car into a giant.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Few words for pickup. The pickup is very poor, particularly when you are driving on a highway. With your car going on a good speed, it really breaks your heart when you have to change the gear for it breaks your speed because of poor pickup, especially during changing of gears.Otherwise great maneuvrability. You feel in total control of your machine while driving.

Final Words A great car overall. Particularly if you thinking of an alternative to Swift diesel.

Exterior This is undoubtly a best car in this segment. its exterior, interior performance all are superb. only excuse we can give that is mileage(which is not very less actually, my car is giving mileage 12-13 on city)

Its ac is very effective. in comfortness it is ideal. Excellent pick up, very light steering, power ful break etc. rest you can feel only by driving it.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Exterior The exterior looks are simply superb, the head lights and tail lights have been nicely placed and the kinetice design looks nice and it is very practical also. The aerodynamics are very nice.  The flexible bumpers are good for the bumper to bumper drive in metros.

Ride Quality & Handling  Very smooth, and fully controlled.

 

Final Words If you are planning to purchase car in this segment, then you can go without any doubt. you will realise only when you will have it. it is completly value for money car.

 

Areas of improvement Rear windows can  make to open fully and powered also.

Exterior Aligant Look/ nice car.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Every thing is place properly its good desk board, car tape, Indicator. i think they can give individual DTE meter is far beter.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Gear box is pretty smooth, Fueal economy ok its give only 13 kmpl. Pickup is drasticly down when ac is on. Colling fan is making much noice. when ac is on. Engine is low power. but is good car in this price.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Excellent I Drive from pune to bangalore after purchesing new car. Tehre is no vibration on speed of 140 it is really good and stable car.

 

Final Words Its good car with this price. some how ford need to work on average of the car. Because it is not much powerfull car so we can expect more milage.
