Exterior I won a figo in April 2012, version - zxi diesel. I replaced it with my ikon flair. I dont find and difference between flair and figo. Figo acts as a sedan. Figo is the best for interior space and long drive. I beats other hatch back models in long drive. Iam sure about it.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Interior (Features, Space & Comfort): It has a smooth engine which make no noice. Gear shift is very smooth. I feel as if the engine is off while driving in highways. Similar to petrol engine.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is good. I get 20km/l in highway and 18km/l in city drive. Mileage is more appreciated than any other hatch back models. Compared to swift figo is very comfortable for highway drive. Rear passengers will know better than drivers

Final Words I realy proud to be a owner of figo. It cant replace any other models. Rear windows must have powered atlease in higher end models.

 Excellent ergonomics which ford has managed to fit in for indian customers.

The Size of the car is also perfect for city roads

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

 Excellent spacing for people sitting at the rear. 3 people can sit with ease. The  music system which has bluetooth features makes an excellent aspect for driving and attending to calls without the worry of holding the phone in your hand and compramising on safety.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 In case you are looking for mileage then its best to look for Maruti or Hyndai cars. Ford is regal in its class and makes you feel like a king when it comes to driving. The engine performance has been good. I have driven the car for close to 30K and have not encountered any mechanical issues as of now.

Ride Quality & Handling

 The handling in steep turns is truly best in its class when you compare it with i10 or swift even.

Final Words

 In case money is not a criteria and you are looking for comfort then Ford is the car to go for.

  1. THE SERVICHE PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE CENTRE IS SATISFACTORY.

  2. FIGO IS AN EXCELLENT CAR WITH GOOD KMPL HANDLING IS VERY GOOD I HAVE DRIVEN IT FROM PUNE TO GOA, PUNE TO MAHABALESHWAR AND OTHER NEIGHBOURING PLACES WITH NO PROBLEM.

  3. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS QUALITY OF TYERS IS HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY, I WANT TO SHARE MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WID U GUYS AS THE TYRES USED BY FORD i.e. GOODYEAR ARE INFERIOR QUALITY AND AS WE ALL KNOW DRIVING CAR ON HIGHWAYS AND EXPRESSWAYS WITH A SPEED OF 100-120 OR MORE IS A RISK WITH SUCH TYRES IF IT BURST AND IT PUTS YOUR LIFE IN DANGER.

   IT HAPPEND TO ME WHILE DRIVING THE CAR WITH JUST A SPPEED OF 15-20 THEN IT STRUCK A ROAD PAVEMENT JUST OUTSIDE MY HOUSE. FRIEND THIS WAS NOT ENOUGH WHEN COMPLAINING ABOUT THE FAULTY TYRE THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS THIS FROM FORD (SHOWN IN BLUE LETTERS ).

   I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO ALL THE PROS AND CONS AND THEN ONLY GO FOR FORD.

GOOD PERFORMANCE OVERALLINTERIOR NOT UP TO THE MARK NOISY ENGINE (DIESEL)

 this was my first car so everyone in my family was telling me to go for maruti.but after lot of reserch i decided to go with figo and 8000 km in 5 months and i am loving it.exterior of figo is average some like it some dont,i like it😊.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

 when it come to interior its very spacious(for driver) back seat is good too if comparing with swift or likes.figo's ac is mind blowing its 150 cc other cars have less than 100 cc of ac(its chilling effect)..music system is upper middle segment(better than sony's)..plastic quality has up market feeling..seats are down so it gives you sport car feel..from driver seat its very good visibility better than swift..

though central console in figo is not good

 pick up is amazing it never gives me feeling of diesal car in delhi's busy roads..i ahve got fuel efficiency of 17.2 km/liter full ac in delhi city(checked full tank to full tank)..it got sleek gearbox..

on yamuna expressway i have got top speed 165 km/hr after that there were little vibrations..

i can compare between swift,fabia and figo in figo it feels like i am driving a sport car..fabia's pick up in low gears is bad but in 4th and 5th gear it's good engine has low vibrations..swift has low vibrations gud pick up but...i didnt like it may be because rest was ok..in figo i hav driven it for whole day with no complain..

 my decision of going for figo against the advice of my family members was influenced by this site and i am happy about it that i didnt listioned to them...

Areas of improvement  

 if anything can be improved doors of figo can be made little heavier they are very light weight..back seat windows can not be made automatic due to design limitations but  i dodnt sit on back seat..😉

I purchased my Figo ZXI Diesel on 27 Sep 2014. This is my second car, and frankly telling you i am very happy with my decision to purchase this car. I belongs to hilly area (Dharamsala , HP), so you understand the road conditions, but this car really good in every thinag.

In new Figo Exterior look is exellient, new face lift look really nice. If i compare with maruti swift or Ritz , it gives much better look. Body fully aerodynamic so thats why it get better road grip at the speed of 130 to 140.

Now about interior - First leg space is exillient, no tiredness in long drives even for my old parents (10 hrs drive). For safty - airbag for driver, smart controls of music system near handel, bluetooth etc. All these helps in better safe drive. Material of interial is best in its class, so i have no any issues with it. 

As i belongs to Hilly area so regular shifting of gears is normal, but this car is giving 16 km/ ltr millage to me in AC and 18 in non AC and i think its the best. Changing of gears is also very smooth. Yes its a diesel so you have to maintain a regular motion in ups & downs which is acceptable.

I am quit happy with my this small beauty. My first car is BMW X1, but now frankly telling you that now i am enjying driving much better than before. In simple words, its a small beauty with enough space inside. Boot space is also quite big. My two big trollys and 2 bags come very easy.

This car have every thing thats a car should have and offcorse  i can say its best in its class.

There are always some areas which require some improvement in every car, so in this car also. The only thing is ground clearance. If Ford works for it, then i think there will be no issues.

Comes with great style and look and tail lamp has very robust look but the biggest drawback is it has very very low ground clearance and bumpers are quite weak as they give you a plastic feeling

Interior is very nice with nice leg space. It`s music system is very nice along with music up/down button beside steering as it gives you the feeling of paddle shift

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 Gearbox is very smooth,Fuel economy is not great as my Figo gives around 13kmpl and engine is bit noisy

Ride Quality & Handling

 Ride quality and Handling is excellent as car remains stable at 130kmph

Final Words

 I would recommend this car to everybody who is eager to have a nice, value for money hatchback car

Areas of improvement  

Ground clearance must be improved and back two windows should be power windows. Otherwise, this car is true synonym of "Value for money"

Exterior Looks cool. Love the way it looks.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Head room is bit low. I'm 6 ft tall. I barely have 5-8 cm space above my head. But other than that it's perfect. might have added more steering control.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Love the way it responds. Suitable for both city and highway rides..only thing disappoints me is English be feels responsive only past 1000rpm in second geat.. Bit difficult while overtaking in city drive. But after few months usage am used to it. I always push it hard. I've reached nearly 160 kmph with five people and boot full of luggages. I was pretty amazed.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is really amazing. I own a TATA SAFARI  & had driven tat for 6 years. But this small hatchback really made  my rides as sweet memories. Effortless drive.!!! I had done Trichy-Goa-Murudeshwar-Jog falls-trichy drive, it never let me down. Fallen on love with this small wonder!

Final Words If you want a car which is a true VFM & gives better Fuel economy, I would strongly recommend this hatchback.

Areas of improvement Need to icrease ground clearance, Dealers charging high labour cost (almost equal to total cost of parts). But it won't be a burden on ur budget. I've covered 47000 KMs in 2 years. my total service cost till today would be Rs.25000 only ( 5 service).

I just want to express how disatisfied i am with Ford...i bought a car Ford Figo Titanium in jan 2014 and till date i am just spending on its maintanence...some time AC doesn't works as its fuse is not working....sometime its working but AC is making Noice...the screw to tight the wheels have made by such a poor quality that whenever you try to change the tyre its bolt fail all the time...and once its done service centre got enough reason to get the money out from you pocket and one set for good quality bolt is approx 1200 rs...its ground quality is so bad that its hits almost all the breaker on roads.

I am sitting again in Gautambudh Ford to get my AC repaired since its not working again and the reason i got from service centre that AC gas is leaking and going to pay Arround 7000 again...i am fed up with such car and would never recommend anyone to buy Ford cars....moreover, even if you complaint about something noone bothers to address your complaint.

Had enough with Ford...i am paying 5000 to 10000 every month like paying EMI to ford sevice Centre.

I will spread on social media and will not mind paying to do negative advertising about ford if the complaint is not addressed.

Looks like race car for looks.  Hope n wish the best best car for it is from ford.... Its ford that can do miracles for fast cars n   they must make car like santro Xing    in petrol n diesel  thats more comfortable at the same time maintaining its brand  mark in performance
