Good Car--Bad after sales and service

Exterior Areodynamic shape of car is very good, Antenna seem to be long it should be compact.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Its good compact car, large boot space, best Engine performace, music player with blue tooth enable is awesome and very usefull.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Gear shifting is not so smooth as compare to its counterpart VW Polo, Fuel enconomy is around 17.9 KMPL in mixed(City and highway).

Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is one of the best part in ford figo as well as handling is superb, u can find no issue in city drive.

Final Words Ford figo is good car but after sales and service is very weak and very frustrating.

Areas of improvement I purchased my ford figo EXI Diesel from Sequel ford Nagpur on 13.05.12. Sales person in ford figo is such a lair person, he told me any orbitorily things and afterward he denied that he never said anything for eg. I wand ford Musicplayer, he told me its costing is 15000=00 along USB port without bluetooth, and with bluetooth its cost is 21000=00. when i installed Music player without BT, I found no USB port there. Its no use with USB hence I asked him to upadte by Music player with BT, he told me its cost is 22500=00, I felt he is such nonsense person who turnish the ford image. On delivery day i got Cuopen through which i got DVD player price from ford india. That salesman told me that DVD player will be mail to your postal address, I yet to received my DVD player price after 4 months. Whenever I Call him he never pick my phone. When Icall support centre no. of time then only they booked my docket and one more dirty aspect was found that is my VIN No.(chessis No) alloted to somebody else, i mean VIN No are in dupplicate which is supposed to be unique. Good know how they resolve the problem.
