Nice Car awesome features and Technology

Exterior

The car has awesome exteriors and one of a kind killer looks for the young crowd of India. Every other person on the road turns around to look at the car. Ensure you get the Volvo Styling Kit installed its about 2lacs additional however its worthit... :)

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

Interiors of the car are really nice and quite sturdy. The quality of material used is awesome and lives up to the brand Volvo. Few features could have been added viz Navigation, Pedistrian detection 

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

Engine performance is amazing it is the same engine which Volvo uses in XC-60 just that this one is detuned considering the size of the car. Fuel economy so far is ok at 10KMpl at just about 100KM's that I have driven since yesterday.... :)

Ride Quality & Handling

Quite Sturdy and good. Turning radius is a bit wide

Final Words

I have been just driving this car since yesterday as I took the delivery. So far it has those show stopper looks on the Indian roads. The car comes in only 1 option the so called fully loaded as per the dealers however in true sense it is not the fully loaded model however, for Indian roads its got hell lot of safety features and technology that you would not find even in some really high end cars.

The ground clearance of the car is bit of a problem. Volvo should look at increasing the ground clearance which will give the car an elegant as well as macho looks.

Also potential buyers should very well know that this is a complete imported car (CBU) in the Indian market hence the road tax and registration will be a bit higher as compared to normal cars assembled or manufactured in India.

Areas of improvement  

Increase ground clearance, Give options for Navigation, Give the choice of interior color selection to the customer.
