Value for Money and fantastic on the road

I own an S80 for the past 2 years and recently I had a breakdown due to one of my left hand side tyre the screw inside fell off due to manufacturing defect. But what makes the world of difference is the Service staff who was so efficient to have it rectified. I was annoyed when I had to be stranded while on my way to work and the reason I first bought Volvo is all because of it's "Reputation" but all the anger and anxiety went away when the Service staff made the world of difference. I must comment and give my special thanks to Volvo Malaysia in Sungai Besi branch "Mr Nandakumar" for being efficient and I will buy a Volvo for life.
