The post sales customer service is very poor

Exterior The car looks good with satisfactory appearance.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Spacious and Comfortable, with sufficient legspace at the rear even with the front seat fully retracted.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance good, but fuel economy in city never more than 15, in fact some times 8-9 in busy traffic areas.

Ride Quality & Handling ride is good but the bottom touches the road even if the road is a little bumoy or even with a minor speed breaker. In fact with three sitting in the rear, wahat ever precautions you take it is sure to toch even with a small speed breaker.

Final Words The post sales customer service is very poor, with Volkswagen not ready to take any responsibility during warranty. So after buying you are on your own, The dealer are not made accountable. So i wouls suggest you stay away from Volkswagen and Skoda(same family).

Areas of improvement Customer service and post sales follow up which is practically absent. Dealers also are not accountable, and volkswagen does not take any responsibility and does make them accountable. This despite a constant follow up upto the highest levels in the Volkswagen hierarchy in india and abroad.
