Hi,
I have purchaed a Vento petrol. The car was delivered on 7 Dec 2011. I ran the car on 8 Dec. Today, while driving from home to office, there was smell of petrol, and car stopped after few minutes. I saw that petrol was leaking.
I asked for help, and called up the toll free number. I had to go throug hell of experience with people from service support. I waited to 2 hours for someone to arrive at the place of breakdown. At the moment, I do not know where the car is, who is responsible for service, name and phone of people in Volkswagen who I cam call.
I have driven various cars for 10 years, this is my first bad experience with car and service of the manufacturer. I will be forced to file a civil case against the company, in case i do not get help in next few hours. The company stands responsible for risking my life and causing great physical and emotional distress.
