Beware of clutch

My car kl-18-ac-1355 clutch has failed three times in one year. First at 3,500 km, second at 9,000 now again at 14000. i am driving cars for last 24 years, still they say it is driving behavior. Rating it one star because I didn't get any support from Volkswagen though i have asked response from them multiple times. It is the dealer who gives me a response, and their response is it is with the driving and no defect in manufacturing. I have drove different cars in last 24 years, but three times clutch failure in a span of one year and not addressing it is something serious. Taigun clutch failure in three times in one year!
