Buying Experience was Good.. The showroom didn't give the deliveries like kia and Hyundai gives. They just handed over the vehicle with a bouquet. Riding Experience is great as it a VW of course.. Looks are Good. Just don't like those drl's placement. Performance is also good The engine is a rev happy engine with paddle shifters and all.. Servicing is kind of okay as the 1st service bill was around 2.5k only (free oil).I can't say about maintenance as I have the car since 4 months only. Pro's are the basic German Car features like park assist and auto headlights auto vipers safety. etc Con's are at this price point the rivals give more features like 360° Camera, Air Purifier Bose Sound System, Cooled Seats etc. at a lower price (20L)

Its good little bit over priced good driving experience looks are good service and maintenance is really good Vw reliable fast 0-60mph. Overall really good. Sick car. Loved it, hope they make more like this.

Drove 10000 km in almost a year. Excellent engine performance and mileage (max 23 on plains with 60kmph without ac. 15-16 on expressway with 4 persons on board with ac upto 140kmph). U drive gently it will respond with excellent mileage, you drive with full throttle it will give you excellent performance. Music system is excellent ( at par with Seltos, Creta; better compared to Octavia and karoq). Excellent safety and assist systems - 6 airbags, lane assist, engine stop-start, tyre pressure monitoring to mention a few). Sunroof is really panoramic. Seats are comfortable Lumbar support available Overall everyday I look forward being in the car, driving - gives pleasure. Service only once a year. Cons - 1. Manual seat adjustment at this price point 2. Poor aftersales support outside metros since this is a completely imported vehicle. I have had couple of bad experiences in this regard - A. ac gas was found leaked so it had to be taken to Delhi from lko (apparatus not available in lko) B. (Unresolved) Voice command function still not active C. Exorbitant prices of accessories. I lost a key - costed me 19K (had I taken lost key in insurance, it would have been covered) - so have a zero depreciation all inclusive insurance for peace of mind to pocket. I would have given a 5 star for sure had these glitches not happened. They must improve on support system - professional like Maruti / Hyundai

After a tonne of phone calls and various showroom visits did I find the one, A white T-ROC! Driving it felt like a breeze, it feels quite light factoring in the power to weight ratio. Have just bought it today, will update further.
